I think the drug charges were reduced because of lab weight versus field testing weight. They came in lower later and the charge is based on weight.

His anticipated prison term when he fucks up probation is only 30 days. However, his probation is 5 years long. That is so much worse for Nick Rekieta. The guideline sentence gets him back to his drugged up and deranged lifestyle in less than 2 years. This is 3 more years of the state breathing down his neck. I think that's why he took a victory lap over "getting off light" despite being a cuck of the nanny state for 5 years.

Rekieta is mentally ill and delusional but I think he will keep getting high (lol) side of average treatment by the court. They gave him a more severe than expected sentence and I feel they will also hold him to picking up trash, attending rehabilitation and eventually if he really proves himself to be a stuttering clusterfuck of a colossal junkie failure, he will get locked up or otherwise restrained.
I also feel that Kayla's family have long since turned from being happy gold diggers whose daughter married an effeminate easily controlled trust fund weirdo to people horrified at the depths of genuine depravity and abusive deceit their son in law produces. Makes sense, but to me it seems that the legal system, in general, has no rhyme or reason. Some days you fart at the wrong time and get a life sentence for public nudity and other times you dump ass in the court, wipe on the judge's robe, and get community service for a triple homicide. I've seen judges give lenient sentences to defendants they openly despise. One such case was illustrative of the "pussy pass" where the judge angrily told a female convict "if you were a man, you'd be going to jail now!" Uhh, why not send her to jail then? You hate this cunt, it's within the confines of your power, so why not? All this to say, I'm gonna keep my nose clean to avoid dealing with this bullshit ever.
