It looks like the majority of his focus is demonstrating how Ian's video was completely out of context, specifically focusing on the fact that Ian never mentioned once that CPS was called on him. He's showing how fucking vile and evil the people Ian's decided to align himself with are. He ends the video demonstrating Ian's hypocrisy in making a Content Cop on him after "discovering empathy" at age 32. As he's stabbing his friend of 10 years in the back during one of the most stressful periods of his life.

Ethan also reveals in this video that he and Hila were sent two human skulls (Ethan has footage of them, but blurred it) in the mail around the time of the CPS call, and they were interviewed by the FBI about it.

The skulls are wild & news to me. Human skulls are NOT easy to get, they're only explicitly illegal in three states(LA, GA, TN) but they're a limited item that's not ethically trafficked by most storefronts or vendors. I've heard true crime podcasters complain about how they want a generic one, but they're hard to get. As a road show/flea market enjoyer, I've never seen them for purchase in the wild. Getting one then mailing them is a clear fucking threat.

As far as the Content Cop, imagine you're friends with someone famous, they start to catch negative publicity and you're too fucking chicken to just tweet "I've been to their house, it's clean and there isn't dogshit on the floor." Instead you film an hour-long hit piece with the people who called CPS on him, and then blame the conflict in Israel half a world away that you have ZERO connection to as to why you couldn't tweet HOUSE CLEAN for a friend. I don't think it's narcissism, I think it goes even deeper. I have difficulty even really hating Ian just because just I don't think Ian really exists. I think he's just a hollow husk for other people's opinions to occupy.

Personality disorders are outdated in my opinion. Most of cluster B is the same. During periods of stress they can manifest other presentations of the disorder or present symptoms of a different disorder. Psychologically speaking there is very little separating BPD and covert/overt narcissism.

Those look real too many imperfections to be a regular model and most models include teeth + no cuts for displaying the internal bones of the skull.
