Yeah there's very much an attitude of "don't eat your own" and serious drama (primarily) only occurs between obscure ones. Regardless of whether they're right, sticking your neck out is generally a bad look. Additionally, when agencies are involved you can't exactly take a stance against against lolicons when another talent in your agency uses a loli model - you'd asking to get graduated.

Among indies there tends to be sprawling cliques of people who will collab with each other, there's often a daisy chain of connections and one "normal" vtuber is only going to have a few degrees of separation from a degenerate one.

Then - not so much a vtuber issue but a streaming phenomenon in general - streamers often blow up after getting a raid from a larger streamer. If you stick your neck out by making some tweet about how shondo's model and persona are disgusting, you can kiss your hope of getting raided by Vedal goodbye (he has jumpstarted several careers through raids).

Like a lot of entertainment industries, even if you don't participate in the open-secret degeneracy, you need to keep your mouth shut and don't bite the hand that feeds you.

People also pity her for having a rough life and being seriously mentally ill, like shes actually schizo. Its still surprising people associate with her. Being severely mentally ill would be enough for me to want to stay away from her if I were a vtuber. The constant baby voice would also be extremely annoying.

This is definitely the case. Unlike lolicon where the focus is usually on the child the focus of most shotacon hentai is on the woman. The shota serves as a self insert for the male viewer. Still fucked up nonetheless.

For no real reason? Are you suggesting that she in some way not a lolicon? That the content she produces is not in any way relatable to lolicon?

If you like shondo I'd suggest you keep that to yourself or take it over to the vtuber board.

I've said all I really care to say about her - unless any new 411 info is uncovered - though I will say this: I'm sure there are plenty of "based edgy" vtubers you can watch who don't imitate children or encourage the sexualisation of children.

I had already been considering doing so now that's she's returned to streaming and has a phonebooking (what a big weekend for lolipedos!)
