i thought her blue was way darker for some reason, turns out it was a light cyan and probably done with something semi-permanent on pre-lightened hair, so it makes sense it didn't go green under the bleach - it's still blue deep in the cuticle, hence why it just turned out pink when covered with the red. so she kinda lucked out here. unfortunately enough for us ig
here's the thing though: this dumb bint just straight up bleached it to fuck. including the regrowth right next to the scalp. like a fucking cretin. she should've done a bleach bath, if anything, on the length, and then bleach the regrowth separately, instead of lathering the bleach all over her fucking head!
this tells us two things:
1. there's a very high chance it's actually red on top and then gradually gets pinker/colder in patches on the way down.
2. she's lost half the volume in it already, she's got a shitton of flyaways, her natural texture is almost gone, and it's not even the whore red she was going for. it's fucking pink. and it only looks half decent now because it was likely slathered with a post-colouring conditioner, hence the strangely slick look, but all in all her hair is f r i e d.
