Sounds like we could have gotten a recording if someone had thought to request it early enough instead of that half-assed request by that Youtuber. Oh well, would have been funny.
It's useful information for the future

Nick's legal troubles are far from over and there's no shortage of people willing to put in requests and to go to record

Now we know where Nick went to therapy and likely got his Article 25 Drug Assessment done.

I like the way SJW expresses his well wishes here.
I can imagine Nick seething and biting his tongue to not mouth off.
Judge SJW will be thrilled to see Nick back in his courtroom within the year because he said someone "sucked boy dick".

We're asking for the probationary period to be up to five years of probation. The maximum term from probation is up to the maximum sentence of imprisonment for the charge. The maximum sentence for -- is -- or five years, which in this case is five years imprisonment and so that's why we're asking for the five years, Your Honor. If he's compliant with probation he can be discharged early.
Will he hold out long enough to get it discharged a couple years early?

The state requested community service instead of a fine. They clearly knew how much that would piss of Nick and that money does not matter to him.
The court realizes that he can just pay the fine and it wouldn't hurt that much.
It must have been recommended in the report because Rekieta presented himself so badly during the PSI.
The contrast between Rekieta in the Hearing and Rekieta online is striking. He says he is sorry and he is remorseful in the hearing, but once it doesn't matter he'll tell everyone he doesn't think he did anything wrong at all.
And the judge's response:
The funny thing is that the Judge understand Nick pretty well. One of Nick's cope is that he is special and unique. But probably the reason the judge can so easily describe Nick is he has seen a thousand people who are very similar. Nick is basically the same as all the other junkies.

God, this faggot. He gets to make a statement and the first thing he says is how super duper smart he is when he's just been sentenced for felony retardation.
I liked that Judge immediately started considering whether to take the bullet and see if he can give him 20 years. He said he probably could.

It is so hilarious that the judge's response to Nick's Saint Balldo Day Speech is to go "Y'know I was on the fence about jailtime, but after this show I'll allow for it"

It's really impressive how Nick managed to plead himself into extra jail. Must be some sort of a record.

While there isn't a, you know, a recording, having the transcript is still, you know, nice. Thank you, @Useful_Mistake , you know, for your work.

I didn't expect the, you know, "I've always been called smart" speech to be, you know, so faggy and obvious, you know, bullshit. Snortkieta's online persona is, you know, very much different. I guess the whole "you're getting me // I would never lie to you // I'm the same online as I am in real life" has been yet again show to be, you know, fake.

I expect the courtroom reunion, you know, before the end of summer. Have fun, you know, in prison. I'll miss him honestly, you know.

Once again, vindicated in my assessment that Nick is able to successfully harshen a sentence by merely speaking.
