Will Nicholas Rekieta take the plea deal offered to him?

It's really impressive how Nick managed to plead himself into extra jail. Must be some sort of a record.
He may actually have been better off talking about a judge’s pussy liquor than going with the “well, akshually, I’m very smart” (aka Redditor) defense.

As others have mentioned, this judge has seen a million low-life junkies before him in the past. I’m so glad he got community service instead of letting him get away with paying away his problems with his trust fund money. I really hope he ends up picking up trash on the side of the street with the (other) felons.

I love how the very first time Nick opens his mouth it's to be wrong about something. I'd expect nothing less.
Someone call Ty Beard to sort this mess out!

Holy shit dude, minimum of 21 months of probation with absolutely perfect behavior, 28 days in jail as a condition of probation AND the judge said he'd be willing to put the maximum D6 punishment instead of the First Time Offender leniency typically seen so if he fucks it he's facing 20 years maximum. The "I'm actually really smart" speech worked wonders.

So he did the things I recommended he should do, and still screamed like a tard about the concept of doing it.

Nick is stupid nigger cattle, he has to be torturously dragged into anything that anything that might be emotionally vulnerable. He's totally based, smart and redpilled.
Remember, he saved anime! :really:

What really stood out to me was the Judge reminding Nick that he was, in no uncertain terms, playing a significant role in fuelling the drug trade in Central Minnesota. He admits to paying many thousands to drug dealers who must have a very significant supply to accommodate his demand. He was fueling violent Organised Crime. People who maim, kill, extort and rape on a daily basis.

In all his smug libertarian self-interest, he conveniently ignores the violence, exploitation, and human suffering baked into every gram of product. He wants his yayo—ethics be damned.

There’s probably a statistic somewhere calculating the average number of deaths per dollar spent on cocaine. Nick’s not just a user; he’s a link in a chain of brutality. Not that he cares.

Well, how is he going to know if you know if he won't ask if you know that you know?
You know, that's a good point.

This probably inspired some mild paranoia. Actually I'm surprised he didn't get smug about "late and gay filings by certain individuals" in one of his streams.

I'm sure Nick's rationalising it as a big brained move to own the Farms. He deliberately made things harder on himself, so that he can gloat about it later when he avoids prison.
I'd still put money on him getting those thirty days in the hole.

This is when White should have shut the fuck up. The judge already denied the motion largely because of the lack of notice. Learn to take yes for an answer, retard.

Election, unless there is a vacancy, then the Governor gets to decide

Except for federal Minnesota Judges. The President has the right there.

And they're all members of the Bar. Maybe or maybe not members of the state bar association, which Nick still confuses with the Bar.

(Ugh sorry double-post. I blame Nick.)

What's super-awesome is that his "I was always told I'm so smart" speech first listed "mentors" as telling him that. You dumb fuck, what do you think mentors do, or what they mentor for? They are deliberately adopting a role of encouragement. Let me guess, you tuned out when all your mentors said you're being a stubborn dumbass, and only heard the "you're capable" part. No ears for the exasperation as you designed your own failure.

I liked that Judge immediately started considering whether to take the bullet and see if he can give him 20 years. He said he probably could.

The bit I liked was when the judge starts saying, 'You should have known better as a..." and he's about to say lawyer but obviously thinks to himself, 'wait, this cunt is no kind of lawyer.' Here's the passage:

"And you know better as a, you know, your history in the legal field of how much you put yourself in jeopardy and your family in jeopardy by your decisions here."

You're not a lawyer. You were NEVER really a lawyer. You pissed around playing at being a lawyer for a year or two but it was too hard so you decided you'd be a performing YouTube monkey instead. You absolute cunt. I'd like to send you to jail. I'm betting I'll get another shot at it down the road. Now get the fuck out of my court you obnoxious piece of shit.

I hope he said that to the judge.

Yeah, that's how dealers always get away with it, they just get someone else to claim the dope. There's no such thing as an investigation, or lying.
Officer: "There's a pound of meth under you seat. What do you have to say about that?"

Dealer: "It's not mine, officer! It belongs to someone else. Someone else has claimed the dope in my car."

Officer: "Oh okay. Nevermind then. You're free to go."

Dealer: "lol. Later Copper!"

Officer: "Aww nuts! Dealers always get away with it!" And I spent months on this investigation..."

Chief of Detectives: "There's no such thing as an investigation!"
