Emerging consensus seems to be that performance is very bad on everything except bleeding-edge hardware. I was excited to play this, but now I'm going to wait for a patch that addresses it.

Hoping for something around 60 FPS @ 1440p ultrawide with my i9-10900K / 3080, but that doesn't seem likely from what I'm reading.
Trust and believe in the Jeet Box series S. She will deliver me to Cyrodil in a plastic fume filled chariot.

I see you just learned today that Bethesdafags will buy anything.

Legitimately blackpilling. The slop will continue.
It takes about an hour to get through the starting dungeon. Once they get outside they will see the shit tier performance. Right now people are high on the nostalgia. After that dies down that's when you will see the refunds happen the negative reviews roll in and the bitching.

Nothing is going to sell 0 copies.

What? If it's taking you a fucking hour to get through that sewer, I'm sorry, there's no fucking way, with any bugs that that's happening. That's not a game issue, you're just retarded.

You just suck at it no shame in it. Turn on god mode or turn the difficulty down

Welp I'm refunding, it's been a few years since I upgraded (RX 6600XT, 16GB RAM, R5 5600x) and I was getting high 30s-low 40s where you exit the sewers with my stuff turned to low, funny part was the game recommended high settings when it launched.
"30 FPS should be enough for anyone" - Pajeet T. Poosaar

Yes, performance is shit tier. I have a R7 3700x with 16GB of RAM and a 4070 TI Super and all I could get was 45fps outside at 1080p. No matter what settings I used that seemed to be the case. When I went to medium and low I got slightly over 60fps. This is ridiculous for a game like this at 1080p. 1080p is pretty much the standard now and getting a steady 60 fps at that resolution should be easy and expected. It really doesn't even look all that great.

It's because of UE5 all UE5 games tend to run like shit and look like garbage. They rely on DLSS and frame gen a lot. I doubt there will ever be a patch to address it because these are just problems associated with UE5. UE5 is a garbage tier engine and it's made for consoles. You aren't supposed to run games over 30 fps with it apparently. It definitely doesn't seem to do steady frame rates either. Forget a steady 60 fps or whatever.

I played an hour till I got outside in the open world and saw the performance tried some settings then filed for a refund. You can push through poor optimization with powerful hardware. But you shouldn't have to do that.
You're running a 3700x with a 4070ti. Do you get CPU bottlenecked in a lot of games?

Forgive BradeRunna, he was taught wrong as a joke.

How do you like his set-my-graphics-card-on-fire style?

I tried modding Oblivion several times over the years, but for some reason I could never fix the lightning or abysmal draw distance to my satisfaction. I don't need incredible graphics, just enough visual flair and consistency to get immersed, hence why I stuck to my modded Skyrim.

If someone mods the remastered voices into Skyblivion when it releases (hopefully the devs won't get a visit from Todd) then that'll probably be my shit. I still have fond memories of starting this game up a dozen times over my childhood doing nothing except the Dark Brotherhood questline.

With Oblivion Reloaded Combined and Optimized VWD it's easy to get something that doesn't look awful

Isn't Skyblivion coming out in like a month? I don't really trust moddertroons especially since The Frontier clusterfuck but the screenshots they released look 10× better than this.

Why not wait for that and get it for free?
It's going to be really humiliating for Bethesda considering it doesn't have any of the flaws present in the remaster.

Kek.

Skyblivion team? Free games for entire mod team

Fallout London? Complete silence and updates the game for no other apparent reason than to fuck with em

London eternally btfo
Several people from Fallout London got given jobs.

I still haven't figured out what project platinum is...

I'm not that optimistic enough to say secret new Vegas remaster. So it's probably something that hasn't been announced out yet
Considering the timeline of that leak, it'll be something revealed/released this summer or fall.
