I have finally worked out what this "debt tracker" is on his discord, and why it is in the negative numbers right now.
As of today, his current debt sits at -$9111
For context; this debt is all the donations given to him where he doesn't respond to the TTS(text to speech message/question), since he only responds to TTS during designated breaks. The money from those TTS messages gets donated to charity when the debt hits an arbitrary number for Mald, and he posts his receipts in the discord so chat can "hold him accountable". This is one of 2 ways Mald does charity initiatives.
The other way is where Mald partners with a charity through twitch, allowing his viewers to personally sent donations directly to the charity, as he is doing right now with a twitch partnership with the charity Open Sauce. He also did one earlier in the year for the Humane society, also pictured below. All of this money raised goes directly to the charity and doesn't touch Mald's wallet, while the left over TTS message has to be donated by Mald(essentially functioning as a charity middleman). This will be important for later.
I sought to find out why the fuck the donations associated with the TTS messages, or the debt, is in the negative, since it seems weird to have "negative" twitch donations.
What I uncovered was very malicious and conniving scheme Mald pulled off during the peak of his popularity, in front of hundreds of popular content creators like Pokimane and Pewdiepie.
See, Mald's debt went negative on 7/22/24. So something must've happened during the 2 day period from the 20th and 22nd...
Oh, pirate was part of a charity auction between those days? I guess the answer is somewhere within this event.

It was a charity drive featuring several popular youtubers and twitch streamers, such as Mald, Pewdiepie, Pokimane, Ludwig(mald's butt buddy), Valkyrae, Ironmouse, Legaleagle, Dougdoug, MoistCritikal, Jerma, Michael Reeves and William Osman. Don't know who any of them are? that's ok, they aren't really relevant to this story besides the last 3, but you don't have to know who any of these people are other than they all have millions of followers on social media, and that they donated a valuable item to CDawgVA for him to auction off.
Indeed, Mald donated an item aswell, his uh, whatever this is
Woah, he also bought back the item he donated, guess he really doesn't wanna part with this bootleg piratesoftware-brand defcon badge that he made. But people just thought; "well, good on Mald, atleast he donated $7,750 to charity!"
And Mald wasn't done, he also won auctions on tech youtuber's Michael Reeves' custom roomba and William Osman's custom 3d printed skull, and he lost an auction on comedy youtuber Jerma's staff.
So, adding the $7,750 with the $4,200 and $10000, we get $21,950 raised for charity! And Mald got both his donated item back, and 2 new items from popular tech youtubers! See, here is Mald's tweet about it.
Wait, wait, wait.....those previous donations....they were from the TTS debt file......that $7,500 donation was made by the awesome goblins of Piratesoftware's community!
Wait...it can't be.......but the $8779 of debt before the auction plus the -$18171 of future debt after adds up exactly to $26,950, the number Mald said he raised for Cdawgva's charity initiative by buying the $10k roomba, the $7.7k mald bootleg and the $4.2k 3d printed skull....but wait, those 3 items only add up to $21,950, how did an extra 5k get added?
Wait wtf, Mald overpaid?? how do you even overpay at an auction event? Truly insane behaviour.
Wait, this asshole used the money his chat had set aside for charity to buy items from an auction charity, including his own donated item back.
While every other content creator parted ways with their items and parts of their networth for free, this awful, AWFUL person used the auction pile to buy back his own items, and others aswell. I cannot stress enough how angry this makes me, while content creators like Pewdiepie, Pokimane, Valkyrae, Moistcritikal, Lilypichu, ProZD, Legaleagle etc, parted ways with something or made time for something, Mald uses his own chat's charity money to buy more for himself. THIS IS INSANE BEHAVIOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And on top of that, you accidentally sent $5k to Cdawgva for Jerma's staff bid, and you are still going to make chat pay it back for your mistake lol.
Now, if you go back to the top of this post, you'll see that the total charity donations has gone up by $10k despite chat still struggling to pay back the debt and mistake from Cdawg's july 2024 auction. So what's the deal here? (answer is more devious shit)
Oh, so on top of the ~$150k dollars his community raised for the humane society, he also donated $10k himself, and added that amount to the debt-tracker's total donations. So....does that mean that he alone only donated ~$50k of chat's money last year to charity and nothing else?
But, what, it gets worse. Remember what Mald said?
I don't want to register my animal sanctuary as a 501c3 charity because I don't want the perception drawback that I am only doing this for some kind of tax break by "taking money from my left pocket and putting it into my right pocket"
