Most Female variants of armors were apparently removed from Oblivion Remastered.

Gendered armor variants missing

Did anyone notice that female characters just wear the male armor now. Original Oblivion had more feminine armor for female characters. The only feminine variants that I see that weren't removed were the dark seducer and golden saint sets, but now they have longer skirts. Hope a mod can fix this. Just look at male and female version of glass armor. Not the same in original between genders but literally copy and pasted from male armor in remastered. Ebony armor also had some changes but I don't think that one looks as bad in the remaster because they didn't literally copy and paste male to female, but conformed the male version to female version with a narrower waist instead of the male rectangle shape.

Female armor fitting is horrible?

Why on earth didn't you fix character creator and remodel the armors so they fit a female character model? It looks like they are wearing 5 sizes too big for them, while the same armor look amazing on a male character. You are favoring "body type 2" over "body type 1". Honestly very disappointing Skyrim was great at this, why not implement it in a remastered Oblivion when you have implemented things way more complicated? It's such a small thing. Female gamers wants to feel badass too, and not look like clowns.

THIS IS why the game characters call you the wrong gender.

In the original game when you choose to be male or female your STATS changed. (Stuff like men may get more STR and END while women might have had more Speed and Agi). So obviously since the game needed to be made woke they SORT OF did away with that. No longer gender changes anything but instead the ORIGIN you choose has those differences of what you had before. Well the thing is if you choose the FIRST origin the game thinks you are male and if you choose the SECOND one it thinks you are female. So it treats your gender depending on the origin you choose. ORIGIN = Your gender choice for how the game treats your character.

Someone allegedly tested this and replied to the topic on page 2:

Thats why my female archer has a male voice when getting hit! This is what comes with it... F'n stupidity.

Just tested it, went back to the save before leaving the sewers, changed the heritage, ran to the next imp to the right, and boom, getting hit, female voice.

Now I can restart all over again.

I hate these modern times. These people are brainless and ruining everything with their craziness. Now the heritage, where your from, is your female or male voice, BECAUSE YOU CANT NAME IT SIMPLY "FEMALE" OR "MALE"!!

Remember this when the hype for TES VI starts to heat up.
 
Vara dark uploaded a video about the male/female mod thingy, of course just reading xwitter screencaps like many of the culture war perpetrators.
at least her makeup set makes her look hot in my taste so that's a positive to outweigh her voice.
 
And we do have precedent for this because the same thing happened with pillars of eternity. First one sold like hotcakes because of the obsidian name, people played it, realized "wait its actually kinda shit" and when the sequel came out it flopped because nobody bought it.

Its pretty clear by this point that the obsidian that made new vegas is dead, they burned all goodwill they had, and their last 2 independant projects of note bombed hard.
Even when Chris Avellone was at Obsidian, it was overrated.

If one game is rushed due to the publishers, that's one things. But Obsidian had a history of putting out janky games and blaming it on time constraints. Eventually, it becomes a "dog ate my homework" excuse.

Remember Tyranny? That one where you're supposed to be the right hand of the Dark Lord, but in practice are just a tardwrangling judge who has the option to be a prick?
 
Tyranny still piss me off that you could not be on the dark lord side to 100%.
It is a great "what could have been.
I am also one of those that like PoE1 and PoE2. I got invested in the world and it looked so great.

Nigger what is even your point. Modifying the render pipeline of Unreal is extremely difficult and you will find ZERO indie devs doing it. It's made even harder by Unreal 5 rewriting most of the render pipeline for Nanite and Lumen. There is a reason most games with unique visual styles aren't using Unreal.
 
On further looking, I THINK the nexus download is just several localizations..... I can't tell for sure, but it did add more. I DO NOT trust nexus for SHIT, but this is possible.
Has nexus cucks ever reversed a decision like this before? Almost feels like it was worth Bethesda pozing the game just to see the tranny wranglers at nexus sweat for once
I think they realize people hate the damn site because of shit like this. It happened with dragon quest too I think, and trump captain america, ect ect.

That the engine isn't the problem.
To make a custom shader model in Unity, you just make a new shader and write your code. To make a custom shading model in Unreal you first need the 150gb engine source code and then need to do this: https://medium.com/@solaslin/learni...custom-shading-model-in-ue4-22-1-775bccdb9ffb

Same applies if you want any custom post processing beyond extremely basic shader graph post processing, so anything that uses a render target, except that Epic keeps changing their engine code with each update and that means a complete change in how you implement these kind of changes, all of which is undocumented in a massive codebase.

It is very much the engine that is the problem, if you actually knew anything instead of just armchair smugposting about how everyone else is wrong you might recognize that.

Studios use Unreal because its cheap, all the jeets know it, and it makes 'photoreal' graphics out of the box
