This was around sixty-five minutes in and Nick was notably absent.
Nick had a date with a mattress.
So Nick no call no shows to the one guys show who is willing to have him on still. That's interesting.

Unsurprising when his "wake up meds" had him busy on Xitter at 3:13 AM his time:

Sorry Nick, just because you were "smart" enough to fool some pill mill into prescribing to a drug felon a stimulant that the PO is forced to ignore, that doesn't mean it's wise to snort it off your bathroom counter so late in the day as to induce insomnia, unless crashing out was part of the plan. Perhaps the reduced abuse potential of an externally inactive prodrug like Vyvanse would be more your speed.

To quote one of Nick's fellow wards of the state, "Well, there's what's right, and there's what's right, and never the twain shall meet."

Does he ever talk about the balldo anymore?
He's perfectly aware the Balldo is his epithet, the very signifier of his shredded reputation.
To make a very Reddit comparison, its like superheroes talking about being in DC/Marvel. Its redundant.

IIRC, someone on Twitter asked him the same question, and he made this cope response about how the Balldo was a symbol of sexual liberation and his efforts to "destigmatize the bedroom".

his efforts to "destigmatize the bedroom".
The bedroom was never “stigmatized.” What happens in the marital bedroom has always been considered a private matter rather than public fodder. It’s not “shame” that keeps married couples from broadcasting their sexual adventures to the internet, but rather a reverence and respect for marital intimacy, as well as healthy relationship boundaries and sacred trust between a man and wife, that Nick has never had in his own marriage.

Nick is the one who’s fucked up, not us — and his kind of degeneracy carries stigma for very good reasons. If he wasn’t a wet brain lolcow faggot he’d take the cotton out of his ears, put it in his mouth and start paying attention. Alas, alas.

Rekeita reminds me of a politician who's been sent to jail. Once they get a taste of porridge, all of a sudden, they become massively concerned with how appalling penal policy is and the state of the prison system. The useless cunt never gave a flying fuck about drug policy before he got his collar felt. Now he's fallen foul of the law, all of a sudden it's the number one injustice that faces the American polity.
I don’t think anyone with half a brain would call the war on drugs a smashing success.

But Nick has showed exactly why decriminalizing drugs is a terrible idea.

If daddy government hadn’t stepped in and forced him to quit making terrible choices, he’d keep right on snorting and neglecting his kids even more than he is when sober.

Wasn't the reason Drex did break contact with Balldo because he also fucked something up at the time? I think it was never properly explained.
One can only hope Drex learned his lesson after this time to not get involved with niggers.
Nick's bullshit story was that Drex "thought" he had lied about something. Since it's Nick, he obviously did lie about something so serious that Drex broke off contact.

And yes, he conveniently showed up right around the blackface lawyer thing. I guess Nick smooth talked him into thinking he had improved or whatever. Then, apparently, Nick lied again about something, probably his drug degeneracy, and Drex cut him off again, having figured out the worthless snake bastard Nick hadn't in fact improved.

This guy isn't a Twelve-Stepper, he's a No-Stepper! Not that the AA model or groups are perfect, but damn, they're better than this! Fucking A, man, drop the balldo, go to AA
But he doesn't need any of that, he is not an addict.
He had a "friend" working inside the court ordered rehab-like thing during trial who put him in the "lowest tier of addiction" and gave him "not an alcoholic" status.
(Nick admitted to this in the Viva Frei interview few days ago)

"All those filthy disgusting meth-heads in my rehab were addicts, not me I passed the rehab with ease, because I'm not an addict" - 🥃 :really:

What is the burden for punishment? Preponderance of evidence or something else?
A bit more than that as discipline or license revocation has a quasi-criminal element to it, but it has been described as:
"clear and convincing evidence," "full, clear, and convincing," "cogent and compelling," and "a strong and convincing showing."
(picked that source because look what it is, Nick's alma mater).

Also, the rules of evidence are relaxed compared to criminal law.

"Clear and convincing" is midway between "preponderance of evidence" and "beyond a reasonable doubt." Exactly where in the middle it is, nobody knows.

What a rank, stinking hypocrite this man is. The only important policy issues are the ones that impact on ME! He knew what the law was. He knew what the penalties for breaking the law were. He chose to ignore all that and break the law anyway, believing that he wouldn't get caught -- because by and large, nobody gives much of a fuck about personal use unless you force them to do so. If the police wanted to make arrests for possession, they could sit at the dealer's spot and scoop people up in their dozens, all day every day.
There was once a politician who acted this way. He arrogantly broke the law, over and over, assuming he'd get away with it. Caught and given the offer of a ridiculously lenient plea deal, he assumed he knew better than his lawyers and arrogantly chose to take the case to trial, where he was found super mega ultra guilty. Then he publicly denounced the court, the judges, the cops, everyone except himself and refused to take responsibility.

He even held a press conference while sentence was pending and things were looking terrible.

His name was R. Budd Dwyer. Nick should follow in his footsteps.

Savage!

Per MATI, Rekieta asked Null to delete the latest MN Public Record. April dox confirmed.
Here it is, clipped:

Josh, “a good person,” received a message from Rekieta around noon on Easter Sunday, telling him he had to delete the MN Public Records post because it was a site violation.
Josh replied: "Stop cheating on your wife."
Rekieta responded: "I have never cheated on my wife. She always consented."

Or be like Nick and add at least eight hours of super-chatting in YouTube streams to the 12 - 14 hours on Twitter.
Just a small correction to clarify how much sadder Nick is. I don't know much about "catturd" but I'd imagine he makes some amount of money to sperg out online for over 12 hours a day. Nick pays a pedophile and a few other no-name streamers to bitch about his ex-bull and joke about his cokehead 9 year old. That sounds a lot more miserable.
