Obviously one of the few who didn't mind it being released. And likely seems more beneficial to continue being intimate with Steven and the cam-gf

The cosmic justice ending would be for destiny to win the case, but accidentally shoot himself to death with one of the guns he purchased in order to emotionally cope with being outed as a sexually disturbed rapist faggot with HIV.

He's essentially doing a victory lap but admits this has caused reputational damage. So even if Pxie's lawyer's are retarded and the case gets dismissed on summary judgment, her goal of having him face some real repercussions for his actions will be partially achieved.

These are the two best pictures we have of her. I personally think it's more than enough to find her/someone to recognize her, specially since she has a very unique mole below her lower lip.
She also used to have magenta coloured hair, which is also an easy identifiable feature that anyone who went to school with her would be able to recognize.

As Null pointed out, it's extremely funny how Destiny, and his footsoldiers are trying to take this as a victory lap, when (IF) the case does get dismissed, it wasn't because of the morality, or about whether he did it or not.
As I've posted, from DMs, from his statements, from the secret recordings, there's more than enough proof about his behaviour that if something ever goes to trial it can be easily argued not only that he does record, and sends stuff, without consent, but that he gets off on it.

But when you have money and a target on your back you dont want to set a precedent of make $$$ dollars to go away, a settlement that is none disclosed makes sense.

gooner bankruptcy isn't as big a deal anymore. there are many bpd sharks willing to get with a low scoring man so long as he has sufficient clout leverage to finance against. though these bpd sharks are often predatory and will have very high compounding interest rates he will pay in full.

What makes you think Stacia has the strongest case? My understanding is Destiny basically did the same shit to her that he did to pixie, non consensually distribute a video that was consensually recorded. There's messages of destiny admitting to fault on the pixie case, wouldn't that make her case stronger than Stacias at least given the information that's publically available? Also (im legally retarded so I could be wrong) but Im pretty sure that the level of harm that the leak caused has influence in how strong the case is, basically nobody talked about the stacia shit online, pxie got made fun of by andrew wilson on twitter and I heard kelly say on stream that spciy chat was talking about it too.
