Pure speculation and, yes, it's countered by legal docs that say the kids did not know about drugs.

So, perhaps, a kid was more concerned about the polycule - unable to make out the drugs - but the adults could do so.

The questioning was about knowledge of what drugs are. This was to assess whether the kids were doing drugs. A 12-year-old with intimate knowledge of what marijuana looks like, how to smoke it, etc, is a candidate for use assessment. Same for a 9 y/o exposed to cocaine. If they knew what it was, it changes the risk assessment. CPS was strictly assessing the children for their health and safety.

Nick wants us to believe everything was about him so he twists everything into being a way to accuse him of wrongdoing. In fact, they never needed it as he recorded himself coked out and drunk while the kids were home.

The County prosecutor/CPS did an excellent job of separating the prosecution from the kids welfare. They very deliberately made it so that no child could ever blame themselves for dads conviction. They weren't going to ever testify for the state so no incriminating statement were needed nor were they attempted.

You make a good point. Nick should be thankful his kids were removed from the house when they were. And in addition for the reason you gave, it also protected them from what was no doubt a (more) horrible, messy(ier), (more) terrible period in that home. And he & Kayla would never have had the humility and presence of mind to have them go be elsewhere for awhile, even though it was the best thing for them.

By his own admission and the statements of people like Aaron and Coomerlot, he has spent likely tens of thousands of dollars funding that illegal drug market of Minnesota.

That is drug producers threatening innocent people into harvesting, baking and cutting cocaine. That is the death of many covertly smuggling drugs over borders, and promoting the production of a substances that ruin lives.
My main objection to cocaine in particular is that there is no "fair trade" cocaine where you can buy it and have some assurance that it didn't come from literal slaves. It's pretty much impossible to get without directly contributing to mass human suffering. Other stuff doesn't have that necessarily attached to it like coke, nobody is getting their hands chopped off over a few miss-appropriated back pills and some mid-west basement weed.

And normally they do not really go hard on kids with questions, unless the situation is much much worse.
The goal isn't to traumatize them.

If Daddy Nick properly prepared them in advance to not spill info, there isn't anything they can do about it.
Oh, to be a fly on the wall for that prep-talk!

"Well, you see kids, you can't trust the government!"
> snorts coke
"They're going to say and do all sorts of things that are against your best interests!"
> mainlines ketamine
"The important thing is: their judgement just can't be trusted!"
> drops shrooms
"They're going to take every unfair advantage to make us all look silly!""
> injects acid into eyeballs
"Now, think you kids could do some laundry? Auntie April and I were fucking in the laundry room, and it's getting pretty cramped..."

Really? Because for me, it'd be the fentanyl.

There is little functional difference between what JosephTX did with Ron's divorce, and what MNPR did with those CHIPS case files.
Ron Toye said he'd rather be a cuck with her than without her. Nick let a boxer with no wins (and others) fuck his wife while he watched. Nick is more of a cuck than Ron.

Another win for the To(y)e!

This whole thing started because Nick called Montagraph a pedo.
It started because of anime. Nick blew up because of Vic Mignogna (and Vic being sympathetic and having an incredibly devoted fanbase is the real reason Nick could ever raise as much money as he did). Legal Mindset was literally on the stream when it happened, and Mindset is an open weeb.

If he had said only that I don't think the case would go anywhere. But Nick claimed something like "Montagraph likes to suck little boy dick", which is accusing someone of a very serious crime, which means it is defamation per se by definition.

Accusing someone of criminal conduct is what loses people defamation lawsuits.

Correct. Most people (self included) were trying their hardest to help Vic.

There is a part of me that wonders if his gigantic ego is partially the Farm's fault. Unwittingly.

Because of Vic, he once got way more support here than any non-member I have seen since. That's probably why he's having difficulty processing why Null won't do what he wants.

It makes me think that Weebwars is something that should absolutely never be repeated here. At least not in the way it was done then. It led to certain expectations on both sides. He expected the Farms to eternally support him, and people here expected him to not turn into a degenerate faggot (read: lolcow).

Oh that's me mocking him. On every post.... Every single fucking day.
He deserves to be shamed off the internet. Just doing my civic duty.

"not your personal army" has been a rule in many places for a long time, it ignored during weebwars. I don't blame people but it was just another example why the rule should be followed. Causes are pure but the people pushing them are far from it.

Nick is for sure hurting him. This has to be embarassing as fuck. Especially since Branca has been really pushing into the MAGA arena and now they're seeing this weird retard hanging around.

He won't cut Nick. It will be easier to let Nick lose his interest in about a week or so and let things taper off.

My theory on this is that Branca does not know just how little self-control Nick possesses. Branca has been open about how many wild oats he sowed in the 80's with cocaine a divorce, and the like, but the difference is that Branca was able to deny his basest desires enough to do something productive and build a new life. The story always ended on a good-feeling note because Branca overcame all of that. I think he expects Nick could do similar.

Only Nick is incapable of the smallest modicum of self-control. He is chained and slave to his degenerate passions, and at present, both unwilling and unable to take the steps he needs to try to emulate Branca's second start.

Nick is popping pills on stream. 1:28:11 takes out unknown pill. ( but doesn't take it) he sets it down and acts nervous for a awhile trying to look casual af. Time passes to 1:34:13 he begins to stare at it rubbing his hands like a addict staring at a fix. 1:34:19 picks up the pill after staring at it. Pops it in his mouth at 1:34:31. Why be sneaky about talking a pill if its ok to take? Why take the pill out and not just take it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-oppNXi2gg. Skelly leaves out the rest of the conversation that likely happened on the worst day of his life with star trek fans.

Nick: "Kayla, I can't believe you're cheating on me."
Kayla: "I don't care what you think."
N: "Who else have you cheated with??"
K: "Let's see: the theater people, church people, star trek people. Lots."
N: "How would you feel if I cheated on you?!?"
K: "I don't care who you fuck as long as it's not me."

Fast Forward:
Nick: : "I have never cheated on my wife. She always consented."
I think this happened too: Kayla tried to make Nick initiate a separation by telling him she cheated on him, Nick was devastated but didn't initiate a separation, one or the other suggested an open relationship rather than taking action.

They both strike me as strange, immature people, but I think they probably had a lot of fun early in their relationship, Nick was delighted to have a woman much better looking than him, and Kayla was delighted at the freedom Nick's family money gave them, they had kids to access more of this money. It's probably a tough place for Kayla to be, also I strongly suspect a part Nick's "lifestyle" is to punish Kayla, like a spoiled child who drops his ice-cream, then slaps the ice-cream out of his friend's hand.

Heroin would be more akin to cocaine. Fentanyl is synthetic and requires little labor.

Cocaine and Heroin is harvested from plants and the labor is coerced by what amounts to organized crime.

All the chemicals needed to make fentanyl for the US for an entire year fits into about 100 oil barrels. It’s not a lot. The volume of the end product to be smuggled is even smaller.

But cocaine production is a bloody horrible process with 10s of thousands of people involved, and is a disaster all round - I’ve posted this documentary before but it’s pretty eye opening.

To borrow a Rekietism, isn't it FUNNY and WEIRD how Nick's most ardent defenders are degenerates as well?

Branca: Divorced, former cocaine junkie, suspiciously younger wife, promotes incel chud self-defence lessons in getting arrested for excessive force
GoodLawgic: New York's Jewiest Jew, broke Rabbi law so hard he actually got reported by his fellow kikes for abusing Usury too much. A truly astounding feat.
Boss Baby Barnes: Stupid hyper-constitutionalist, if it wasn't penned by Washington himself, he thinks its not law. Forever butthurt for being kicked off Rittenhouse's legal team
Viva Frei: Boss Baby's literal gimp, his mind is psionically connected to Barnes. You might as well assume they are the same entity.
Patrick Melton: Need I say it?
Dabbleverse: Hackjobs that alog hackjobs of a hackjob radio show defunct over a decade ago. Its like alogging the cast of Happy Days, what's the point?
Dick Masterson: Takes it up the ass at hippie shows while dressed as a cow
