I had a new Live2d model in the works for my birthday with Nano which was eventually cancelled. I was devastated as Nano was the one who originally asked if she could do this model because she was excited to make it with all the new things she had learned, and my birthday was special. At the time the reason given was health and stress reasons which made sense given how much was on Nano’s plate, and despite my disappointment expressed my support for her prioritizing her health. I am now aware that the actual reason for her declining to work with me on my birthday model was external pressure from Redacted and Sinder. Words cannot describe how heartbroken I was and am.

Moving Forward​


Sinder and Redacted have spent years sabotaging me for no understandable reason. I have never done anything to warrant this other than just existing as Silvervale. They actively sought to get my models and art cancelled and based on the messages I have seen and shared above seem to have not had any second thoughts about doing so.

It’s hard to express how crushing a feeling it is to be talked about so cruelly and maliciously without my knowing, and to know opportunities and friendships were taken away for what I can only assume is spite and insecurity. There is no end to the amount of anxiety I feel knowing that if these rumors were expressed to Nano I have to assume they were expressed to others as well. I hope this document and the evidence presented will convince you that I am not the person that Sinder and Redacted tried to convince people that I am.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope that any and all of the people who have been affected by this can get the closure and peace they deserve.

Kson waited exactly a year to join another company, so there's that. In Japan they do take NDAs seriously, and you might be considered bound by anything in them. In America you can ignore NDAs/non-competes, in theory—facts about yourself, including your identity, don't legally qualify as "trade secrets," and contracts with one company can't bind another—but you might get sued and lose all your money winning the suit.

@Buzz Killington what are you, Sinder seeing a new model design idea from Spite?

Having looked over more of the shitshow honestly that stuff Spite (never heard of this person before today) posted including receipts showing how Sinder would always strangely come out with similar things just after or around the same time as her really doesn't paint a good picture for Sinder either when it's clear from Nano's stuff that Sinder was seething about her all that time too.

At least that section of it all regarding Sinder and Spite reminds me very strongly of the shitshow that came out when Veibae tried to throw shylily under the bus years ago calling her a knockoff of herself.

On top of all that the dude coming out of the woodwork as well to double confirm Redacted as her boyfriend and just put her on blast for cheating on him by sending the dude sexting videos and shit before she even became Sinder.

I feel like it's going to take an act of god level response for her to save face to anyone that isn't just a hardline simp of her at this point.
