Like even someone who might not be outright pissed at her, is likely to still avoid networking with her because doing so will piss their fans off. Which is going to massively hamstring her ability to bring on new viewers to replace those that are leaving over the drama.

And that's without even getting into the fact that the "nano model" she went out of her way to try and keep to herself because she thought it important to her brand is now not just "not exclusive to her" but completely unavailable to her going forward and if she tried to get a new model made now there's probably going to be quite a drop in quality because a lot of artists will avoid her now too.

Sinder clearly forgot though how incestuous the vtuber community is when she acted like this. I recall when the huge Nijisanji dustup happened and when their president said "the damage would be negligible"? It never is when it comes to vtubing because the odds are if you like say, Sinder, you also like basically every person she's ever collaborated with and probably corpo vtubers too. Misconduct spreads very quickly through the halls of vtubing and she's gonna have nothing left. Indies won't wanna work with a backstabbing twat, even if she is much larger than them and corpos aren't gonna deal with the liability damaging the reputation of the corpo either. I'm sure she'll have enough simps left to survive but will certainly not be living a more lavish life she used to have. All because she just couldn't drop some more money on Nano to buy exclusivity.

Reddits paranoia of her turning into a right wing grifter though is just as funny as this drama though tbh.

I usually see it presented as 2 options "she's either going to go full porn or right wing grifter"


and well since she's done 18+ ASMR in the past and has I believed dipped back into that now with fansly, I could totally see her path forward becoming "double down on the whore route" because the simps aren't going to abandon her, she can still milk them.

Not to be anal about it, but it's not really her past, since she's still doing it.

I didn't know any of this shit until last week were I went into this vtuber fansly rabbithole kinda by coincidence. I'm glad I don't watch any of the whores involved with it. Being a whore is bad enough but LARPing as a poor lonley girl to foster a parasocial relation with the audience, and then fucking selling them porn, is just fucking repulsive.

Shocker: Women that pretend to be anime girls also pretend to be other things they aren't, more at 11. I've got news for you: almost all of them do it. Even the corpo ones, while not as overt as the indies. You're attracting a community of gooners, it'd be foolish to not capitalize on them. That really is "just business". But I think you're missing the point here: I think it's fine to judge them for that, but the fact is Sinder's a backstabbing cunt who was smiling in her friends faces while actively fucking them over.

I think that alone gives former corporate vtubers who went indie an advantage. They get to have the freedom of an indie, but have learned how to avoid and handle drama.
