Kurt makes up for that though, by being willing to shove hemorrhoid cream, right up his arse, whilst onscreen.I think Kurt's other issue here is that he's not a lawyer.

All I remember is him yelling "OBJECT" all the time.I should rewatch parts of the Rittenhouse trial to see if he was genuinely entertaining back then or if I was just gaslighting myself.
At the very least, Kurt is willing to put in the work to make sure his facts are as accurate as possible. Nick won't even do basic research so he isn't constantly talking out of his ass.I think Kurt's other issue here is that he's not a lawyer.
He's always been incredibly fucking whiny. Something that was beginning to cause me to start hate watching his content a few years ago was how much he'd whine about problems that were easily fixable if he put in a fraction of the effort to do so. He'd rather bitch and whine if the alternative is to actually do something to fix the problem.I tried listening to Nick's coverage for 15 minutes just to give him a fair chance but his voice is so awful and whiny sounding I wouldn't be able to watch him even if he had something useful to say.
Which is what he tried in family court and got BTFO by the judge. All I remember is him yelling "OBJECT" all the time.
Similar to Destiny the Goonclown, you need to give him the Balldo prefix.(Grift Wars) https://kiwifarms.st/threads/nicholas-robert-rekieta-rekieta-law-nickrekieta.53871/

That will cause the trace cocaine on the carpet metabolise into benzoylecgonine. Skelly told me washing the sample causes stuff to happen.Alcohol dripping on the carpet will probably improve the situation, as it will disinfect the spot it lands on.
I thought that was pain rub on his lower back, wasn't it?Kurt makes up for that though, by being willing to shove hemorrhoid cream, right up his arse, whilst onscreen.

That was almost certainly Barnes's influence.Which is what he tried in family court and got BTFO by the judge.
Kinda hurt his credibility a smidge.
However, his autistic level of knowledge of SCOTUS rulings is really valuable. I think Kurt does his best when he's reading SCOTUS rulings and arguments. I think in another life he would have made a half way decent constitutional lawyer.I think Kurt's other issue here is that he's not a lawyer.
I mean, he technically is, but like, not really. He was a supervisory patent clerk with a law license.

A whole 2,024 watching while the trial is rough. That must be rough coming from someone that used to only read $20 and up superchats.
You don't understand.Him picking a case that every lawtuber and their mother is covering is a mystery but Nick isn’t exactly good at making decisions
This is the very essence of why Nick's law license is so important to him. He needs it for that aura of credibility, even if he has no idea what the hell he's talking about.
For comparison Meme Copium was drunk as shit, paying as much attention to the trial as Nick and pulled 4-500 viewers.A whole 2,024 watching during the trial is rough. That must be rough coming from someone that used to only read $20 and up superchats.
Gunt gets to live his best life and travel the world, Nick is stuck doing what he hates sober and unable to have any fun for 5 years.View attachment 7290925

Depending on the case yes. For instance, in a child support case if the court believe that you are unemployed or underemployed on purpose they can impute your wages and make the support calculations as if you were earning what you are capable of earning. I.E. if you are working a part time, minimum wage job but you have a college degree or other qualifications that you can use to make more money they will calculate support as if you were making that higher amount. The court can also order you to seek employment or better employment, and if you cannot show that you have at least been looking you can be held in contempt. That is actually legal? They can tell you to get a better job if they think you are working a job that pays less than they believe you are capable of earning, or the judge was just shit talking someone?
He made Branca a ghost image in the thumbnail:
