The idea to make a compilation post of the worst of the thread is a good idea. When I am the OP of a thread I try to periodically update the first post with happenings and links to posts so that everything is one place. Unfortunately it looks like cuddle striker has not logged in since 2024, there is a chance a moderator may be persuaded to edit the OP to add the information.
Alternatively we could ask for a new OP for this thread and to lock the current one. It would have to go in prospering grounds first, I assume. This seems promising because it asks less from the mods.
The categories I would make are known deaths, with links to the posts where we find out about their dying and a short synopsis of how they died.
The next category I would make would be nightmare outcomes of the "normal" SRS procedures of vaginoplasty and phalloplasty/metoidioplasty. This would include elephant dick, baby soots and other people who survived or whose deaths aren't known. People who smell like shit or shit out of their neovaginas would be included here too.
Lastly I would make a category of freak procedures, like men getting penis preserving vaginoplasty or women getting phallo without vaginectomy or clitoral burial. Normal people are surprised when they find out that trans people want perverse abominations that never appear in nature. They are doubly surprised doctors agree to do it.
If anyone is feeling comprehensive the best surgery outcomes could also be compiled.
I can get started on a Hall of Shame and then maybe do a new OP if I have the time. There definitely needs to be some coverage of salmacian surgeries and nullos. Those are some of the worst that don't involve necrosis, dehiscence, fistulas, and/or parasites. Maybe I start a Hall of Shame in PG, and if it's decided to be made the new OP, then continue with that?
