Help me Branca, you're my only hope!

He cancelled two streams, actually. The "medical emergency" would have occurred on or about Jan. 30, 2024, a day or two after the hot tub stream. It lasted 3 days and it was definitely a kid (some people have wondered if it could have been Kayla). The clip and his tweets about the "medical emergency" are detailed in this post.
Just to highlight this excuse once again.

"sometimes that happens when you're a dad"

That is all you need to know. It was one of the kids, the timeframe fits for the cocaine hair sample test.

Even if they immediately obtained the samples on the 23rd, got it to one of the two labs over the weekends, the lead time is still 3 days according to Omega Laboratories.

He asserted this long before any test was conducted. Arguably, he asserted this before the sample was even gathered, or indeed, even knowing there was a possibility of a test happening.

As much as I dislike The Cocaine Skeleton, this section of the transcript always stuck in my head. Isn't he paraphrasing here from the County Petition (that he would have read) that the children had: no knowledge of drugs in the home, no knowledge of drug use, and that if they (the children) tested positive, then the kids would say it would be from secondary exposure rather than them knowingly consuming it?

So rather than Rage Twig offering that part about the kids testing positive himself, he is referring to what was written in the Court documents? I am happy to be disproven here, but it's been nagging at me all this time. Have we already seen the Petition and I've just forgotten about it?

The timeline of happening immediately after the hot tub night is thought provoking. Maybe they were drunk and recklessly negligent with the cocaine left out and the child sampled it like sugar while the adults were sleeping late. But wouldn't we have heard something about that from Aaron? Unless the Imholtes left in the morning after the party in the hot jizz tub, before the child sampled the candy.

But wouldn't a hospital test a child for drug exposure? And wouldn't such a positive result require the hospital to report to law enforcement?

It makes me think the "medical emergency" is one they never left home to address. Maybe they just put the kid in an ice bath which is legit enough for acute cocaine toxicity, but nothing like emergency cardio monitoring and meds for tachycardia or emergency benzodiazapine or anything like that. If you took your child to the hospital for an acute exposure, you might feel some relief. If you kept them home in the bathtub in mortal fear of being busted, I could definitely see that being "the worst day ever". But this theory points to an even more disturbing idea: That after such a precarious moment, Nick didn't stop using.

[Edit to add, from that linked post]: Notice that Nick didn't indicate a hospital, he said "I just had to spend the entire night last night making sure that someone was okay".

The daughter dosing is what will bring Rekieta down. In all his constant lying and the surrounding nonsense it's easy to forget that the child herself will turn 18 and tell somebody somewhere all about it. If she hasn't already.
Let's be real: Dosing his daughter is the only reason lawtube didn't circle the wagons around Rekieta. It took him doing something as detestable as dosing his own daughter for them to get the wakeup call that he was a worthless, drug-addled, adulterous cuck and that he was not worth saving. It took news of the child's positive test for many lawtubers to decide that this wasn't a colleague who fell on a hard time and this was a completely fallen man. Drug use is common among lawyers, as is some amount of degeneracy, and they were prepared to run defense for him over that. They were not going to run defense for someone who drugged his own daughter.

Also, Skelly is currently at 1.4k viewers while A.B. just crossed 5.8k, Kurt is at 450, and Branca on a different trial is at 470. EDB just started streaming and already has 6.5k viewers. Melanie Little is it at 15k viewers. Every lawtuber but EDB (who literally just started her stream) is up on viewers from this time yesterday with one exception: Nick Rekieta is bleeding viewers. He is only at 3 Kurt Viewership Units.

You are assuming that genius Lawyer Nick did not also know that and never took a child halfway overdosing on his cocaine stash to the ER.

That's Nick's explanation and there is some logic to it. He didn't need to open his mouth at all, though, so he dug himself that hole by going on record as saying that if the kids test positive, it totally wasn't from his stash, lol, which is just dumb, considering the court was always going to take the action it did.

Nick, there was no magic word combination.

Something prompted Nick to carry his drugs in a portable suitcase safe. Maybe a mishap, that then he telegraphed as you say, because it was on his mind.

Did this absolute nigger just reference the fucking Joker to justify giving his daughter cocaine?

"We're all 2 bad days away from this happening, man! It was out of my control! Not my fault at all! This coulda happened to anyone!"

Yes, it was 2 days and not the MONTHS of people saying "Nick, stop doing drugs, you're gonna fuck your life up and get arrested!"

Kill yourself in real life on stream, Nick.

Two bad days

I guess the two bad days would be the 20th of May when he lost the appeal in the Montagraph case and the 21st of May when Nick did the cokestream that created solid probable cause for the search warrant.

But Nick's new "it could have happened to anyone" defense falls really flat.

Most people with large families don't become cocaine addicts in their mid-40s nor do most of them decide to become a cuck by choice. Even most cocaine addicts don't get drunk & high & then do livestream pity parties for hours about their personal life while their live-in coke whore "services" their personal needs. And even people who stream high have the self-awareness not do so with cocaine on their nose. They also typically don't have an ongoing defamation lawsuit over making stupid, drunken comments on the internet & then refusing to settle.

But the biggest cause of all Nick's problems was his own immaturity and failure to cope with any setbacks in adult life. He can't handle anything going against him (like the appeal) without running for the coke and the whisky and then going on line to humiliate himself in front of a hostile audience. His reaction to losing the appeal was almost the same as his reaction to being humiliated by Eric July.
--------
And you were not beaten up by batman Nick nor were you thrown into a vat of chemicals that turned your appearance into that of a monster. You are not the joker Nick. "The Killing Joke" is not your story. You are a uneducated, unaccomplished, lazy and immature trust fund baby who just can't handle adult life.

Saw this on X so did ralph get his sonichu before nick or after?
After.

You will also note from the image though that that's Juju's "studio," so I don't know if he so much got one as he's holding the one Juju got and they all passed around. That all happened after somebody mailed that one to Nick.

You niggers do realize that Ralph physically met the eldritch abomination that spawned the Sonichu medallions, way before touching Juju's own medallion, right?
The moment he saw Chris get arrested, the Gunt became the first host of the demon we know as Magi-Chan, which then jumped on to Nick, Juju, and other subsequent hosts.

Ralph isn't immune to the aura of corruption of medallions: he is so deeply cursed he is no longer fazed by it.
He has plunged the depths of autism incarnate, and now leaves a trail of puzzle blocks where he walks.
Gunt is eternal, bish.

The Toe is live today and still can't shut up about Nick (about 20 min):
  • In the matter of the revenge porn case, the combined reports of the witnesses in the case but Nick, totaled 14.5 pages.
    • 10 of those pages were from April (apparently trying to suck up to Nick)
    • Leaving 4.5 pages combined for Qayla, Kanoe, and Flat Broke Geno Bisconte.
  • Nick's report came in at 15 pages.
Edit to add:
  • About 2:37 (h:mm) in, Aaron plays the Elissa clip of Sean talking about how proud he is of supporting the Rekieta kids violin lessons (but that he hadn't given his permission for his NIL). Aaron comments on how dumb the super tips guys are to bring lawyers into this, and says if Sean wanted to go big against them, he's pretty sure Scott from the gym and Aaron himself would also jump in to sue the shit out of super tips (and potentially its streamers abusing their NIL).
I'll update if any other deets drop. Aaron had said Nick had told/written a lot, but the numbers put things in context.

Dawg did he really put an old picture on instagram and try to pass it off as recent?
The dress is old; however, the photo is new. You can tell because Kayla is noticeably fatter and has at least two new tattoos: some awful musical notes that look like they were drawn on with magic marker by one of her children, and some mysterious piss-colored splotch on her left shoulder. (Also, someone please give this woman a fucking hairbrush.)
