You are repeating the same argument and I am going to repeat the same rebuttal: If we accept as true that not just any republican would implement Trump's loonier policies, you must also concede that there might well be an alternate future where the republican appoints a justice who sways the decision on roe v wade.

I mean theoretically sure it's possible, it's just not very likely. Both parties tend to be pretty careful about vetting SCOTUS nominees, there've been a few cases where the Party regrets its choice in a few years (see David Souter). In fact you can already see this happening with Trump, Amy Coney Barrett has sided against him in several recent decisions.
