But Nick? You told us you were too cool, rich and white for recovery?

Which is it Nick? You were never diagnosed as an addict for your detractors, but your a sympathetic sinner in need of redemption for your fans? Pick one motherfucker.

No Nick. Not everyone has a problem with those in recovery. Your just uniquely a dickhead that's fun to fuck with.

Nick poses as an advocate for an affliction he openly denies and mocks, too proud to admit he’s an addict, yet eager to exploit society’s compassion for those who are.

Wil is so insufferably stupid.

Interesting hacking (?) related comment from Wil about Nick (my bold).

"I've seen them. Uh, Nick has all the DMs. He took pictures of all the text messages, all the everything. Like, Nick is an attor-NEY. Like, all this stuff. He has everything. He saved everything. The conversation about the fluid, the conversation about being in a bathroom and, y'know, needing to have something [baseball bat] taken away from him. Like, everything. It was all documented. Everything's been... When Nick decides to pull the trigger it hits Aaron."

If these existed, Nick would have published them by now. He cannot keep secrets about this stuff. He ruined his gay op against Aaron's gmail account because he couldn't help but drop Aaron's browser history. If he actually had contemporaneous texts proving "BUT HE ATE MY GOOOOO" he would have published them by now or at least said he has them.

My guess is the "proof" he has now is texts from April to Nick, which undoubtedly Nick told her to write and send. He could also fabricate text screenshots but that seems less his style.

Speaking of April, he has no choice but to put her up in a crack shack and pay her bills. Even if he didn't want easy access to that stanky pussy, she HAS to believe that there's some plan or opportunity to replace Kayla as Nick's wife. Nick is scared to death of her turning on him and dropping receipts or consenting to the bodycam footage being released. He has to keep manipulating her or she'll corroborate to the world all those stories about Nick hitting himself in the face and his dick not working etc.

Also while we're on the topic - Nick brags about stealing April from Aaron. Just to be clear, when a dude gets cucked, it is NOT a victory to keep the cuck queen. The only thing worse than getting cucked by a Balldo is getting cucked by a Balldo and keeping the wife.

BTW he never said that :really: his post doesn't say HE is in recovery. It is simply a quote about recovery that he decided to share for now particular reason at all. And if he DOES mean to imply that he's in recovery, he hasn't said what he's in recovery from. Doesn't even have to be substances, really. He could be in recovery from the falling out of the Qover and missing Aaron.

Melton has been using his image and fake AI voice for months now without permission, I wonder if Aaron could file a complaint in Nevada for the illegal use and request the profits earned using his likeness and voice.

I would laugh my ass off if Nick running this gay feud and animated people into using pedo tips to alog Aaron would end up with a payday instead. (This is obviously unlikely, but it would be so funny)

If the fed investigation is real, then he should not do that. He can just sit and wait and watch them pile on.
If it is not, then I agree with you 100%.
Unfortunately @ItsAaronIgnoreMe is likely too much of a pussy to do any of this.

He’s too scared about what legit retards and pedos will say, to take any kind of action.

(Yeah Aaron, they’ll make fun of you and call you sensitive. OTOH they’ll do it anyways, so who cares.)

I think the issue with Aaron sending a C&D is what does he do when Melton ignores it and keeps the voice/image up anyway? Trying to sue over it would be retarded IMO. Even if he thinks he can win there's no way he recoups the costs of the lawsuit and while I don't know the ins and outs of Aaron's finances, he doesn't have a Balldo trust fund to cover these sorts of things.

Nick’s social media “expertise” was always funny. He always relied on someone else to do show prep for him (Vic, Rittenhouse, Depp, and a lot of others he legit used his co-hosts as crutches or just ripped off forum posts here). He is someone who ultimately just was in the right place and knew the right people. He knew how to fake enough humility in the beginning where it was part of his appeal, but drugs destroyed any charisma he had.

The best shit was that Nick didn’t understand that the market would expand as people found niches. People with actual experience realized they could cover certain things and foster their own audiences. They don’t need a Rittenhouse (effectively an OJ level case), or it wasn’t going to be feast or famine. The US as a country loves watching trials it goes back to John Adams having to deal with shit for defending the British soldiers who did the Boston Massacre. Trials are entertainment and there is always something going on in the legal world. Trump in general is a giant stream of content. There is so much gay legal shit going on. It’s a gift.

Trial color commentary is something that he never was that good on and relied on people like Branca or Nate or @Potentially Criminal (Madden-esque with the markers). All of those people have experience in the realm of facing a judge or dealing with a prosecution in a real sense rather than the bare minimum Nick has. Nick was effectively a law student with an ego.

This is not what's going on behind the scenes. I totally get why you have this position. No hard feelings. Things don't materialize overnight.

It's probably Kurt who has the best opportunity here. While his one pro se outing did not exactly go well for him, it was a dumb lawsuit in the first place. There's an actual case here and it isn't really SLAPPable either, and I'm pretty sure that while "non-practicing," he could handle the procedural end of it on his own.

As for Aaron, I don't know. C&D is all but free and he already has a lawyer. If Melton doesn't fold like a cheap tent immediately, which he probably will because whatever Nick says, he knows he's on thin ice, he certainly will shit himself the instant an actual suit gets filed.

It's not like he doesn't already have lawyers either.

More importantly, he could also package it with more serious shit like that chomo sexually harassing his children.

Nick seems to think people don't believe these things happened and once proof is shown Nick will be vindicated but the truth is people already believe him and just don't care.
I mean I believe that the man he licked the face of on camera, played naked twister with, and slept in the same bed as ate his cum

Congratulations Nick, you're a faggot

What's this fool's end game?
To prove to the world that he is not a dumbfuck who was caught being a dumbfuck while a dumbfuck like Aaron looks like an Einstein next to Nick's dumbfuckery.

Nick has always salved his ego by telling himself that he is the smartest man in the containment cubicle.
It is intolerable to him that his larp has been exposed.
He will not rest until he gets that "one up" on Aaron. He will never succeed.
Because Nick is a dumbfuck.

Are we talking about the same thing? I was mostly talking about Supertips faggotry etc.

And no, I still haven’t forgiven you for sharing your spicy Kayla pics with Geno goddamn Biscotti instead of with the farms biggest Kayla enjoyer: Lil ol’ me.

You’ve done me and my penis wrong Aaron. And you should feel bad.

B-a-l-l-d-o-Season-2-01-05-2025.webpso far seems to have all the qualities of a A24, visceral, slowburn, Letterboxd, elevated horror, Criterion re-release start so far.
The opening episode have been promising. We eagerly await more.

Aaron's mindset has always seemed to be that anyone talking about him is good for him. From listening to him, I also get the impression that he considers this kind of stuff to just be par for the course in being a "shock jock".

The reality is also that his reputation is already so bad that you really can't harm him further. A revenge porn felony conviction would have harmed him. But I don't think much of anything else would. He is a self-admitted cuck and hard drug user.
And contrary to Nick's thinking, nothing shown or said about hetro sex & Aaron is going to have any impact.

Nick already tried this by disclosing stuff from Aaron's browser history and it didn't work.

Nick here seems to say that his ai voice use doesnt have anything to do with "commercial use" because he isn't using the voices to sell something, right?...but isn't the ai voice itself the product that he is selling? The main selling point of the supertips (as opposed to superchats) is that it uses the voice to say the sentences, no?

It’s much funnier if Aaron does nothing, and it collapses as a result of third-party intervention.

Only by being a felony really. A misdemeanor is a joke. I don't think many people who learned about this case and that it was some dude sent a picture of an ex to another dude to brag about what a sex-having sex-haver he was would be aghast.

At most, they might think it was kind of a dick move, but then they might be pissed that taxpayer money was even spent trying to prosecute it as a felony while there are actual crimes going on.

Nick is just trying to be clever with words again. Words like "commercial use" mean whatever Nick wants them to mean. He is a dummy pretending to be smart to impress and intimidate equally dumb people.

But he is clearly using the AI generated voices for a commercial purpose and if anyone were to try to argue otherwise in court, the argument would fail.

Nick's Analysis is retarded, because the state of Nevada disagrees.

"Commercial use" means any use conducted primarily for profit[...]
