He's still the only officer and it only has a single share, so unless he's filed something very recently and it's not online yet, he’s completely bullshitting about being a minority shareholder or there having been any kind of sale. He’s still the only shareholder.
I'd like to correct my earlier post. I was being a retard and didn't read the page properly. There is actually 2500 shares at $1 each. It is in fact possible that Melton is a minority shareholder. There is no requirement to disclose who it is, only the company's officers.

So someone found rare clips of Nick and his bullshit over the years. This is a huge eye-opener for people who wanna see his slip-ups to his mask-off moments.

This might have already been covered, but can anybody answer me this:

Isn’t the likeliest danger for Nick wrt his parole situation and his YouTube channel the loss of his ability to claim it is a real full time job?

I mean to say, if his channel gets struck down, will his PO tell him to start filling out job apps at Dennys? I remember before Nick was sentenced there was conjecture that his parole would probably require him to prove steady employment. Did that go by the wayside?

I really hope it didn’t because it’d be fucking hilarious if he intentionally kamikazes his day job and has to go work somewhere humiliating

No. He can just go to rumble or twitch or wherever Ralph is begging for money these days. Unless they were to put a minimum income generation requirement on his work, streaming almost anywhere should meet the requirement.

I would expect them to be harsher in terms of the number of hours he has to work streaming rather than where he streams or how much money he makes. That is IF he as a work requirement as part of probation......and I don't think we know that.

I would be surprised if Nick actually did that with anybody, least of all his wife's destroyed body. He strikes me as someone who doesn't give a shit about their partner, we know for sure in every day life, so very likely also in bed. He's a selfish prick who doesn't reciprocate.
Apparently, he is incapable of completing, and stops after a few seconds, whining about a "heat allergy." That's why he has to wear the Balldo.
Choosing a stupid whore of a wife doesn't uncuck you, it just makes you a cuck with a stupid whore wife. There's no horsetrading with cuckoldry, the act makes it what it is.
If you willingly cuck, you're a cuck forever. You don't ever get to walk that back. You are permanently less than a man and you are never entitled to respect from any man in the world. Everyone can sneer at you with absolute contempt. You are a cuck for good.

Nick is a cuck. Nobody ever needs to respect this pitiable worm of a cuck.

So I'm guessing rackets forgot about the stream.
Did he get high and forget?
Did he get drunk and forget?
Did he go fuck April and forget?
Or is his brain just mush and he forgot?

These Questions and more will be answered...IN THE NEXT EPISODE OF BALLDO BALL Z!

Even your average brain-dead psuedopolitcal whiskey reviewing podcast doesn't reach this level of inane bullshittery.

An amusing aspect today was Melton utterly neglecting to address Kurt's C&D, he knows it's a weak point. The best he could muster was "w-w-well it's a LLC now so potential lawsuits can't sue me!!!".

I've just gone over the company records. He had it converted on the 22nd of April to a LLC.

He's still the only officer and it only has a single share, so unless he's filed something very recently and it's not online yet, he’s completely bullshitting about being a minority shareholder or there having been any kind of sale. He’s still the only shareholder.

At best, he stated verbally, that he wants to enjoin his resident pedophilia-enabling pajeet Moody into his statute-violating liability factory.

You may not be no longer personally liable Melton. But it seems sure as shit any legal defence for Pedotips will be coming right out of your pocket.
This fat nonce must have got legal advice from Nick! Converting to an LLC does not protect you from being sued. It's just a separate legal entity that ideally shields your personal assets from business fuck ups.

The likeliest danger is Nick Rekieta relapsing and taking drugs/drinking alcohol.

I expect the PO to be pretty lenient in the beginning. Making demands and punishing people is actually a bit of work and you aren't going to do it flippantly. Plus they want to give the person a chance to actually do what they agreed to and what they are supposed to.

Even if you know the person is going to fuck up you give them the chance, just so you can point out that they were given a chance.

Nah. He'll go to Rumble.

He's back on YouTube because Rumble won't give him a contract, and it's the platform where you can pull the biggest numbers.

My hoping he loses his YT channel isn't a desire to see the cow outright butchered. That's because I know his trajectory is basically Ralph at this point. Can't stop. Won't stop. No matter what. He'll try to own the haters out of a mud hut in Uganda, using fifth rate streaming service, if he has to.

Might be a dumb question, but isn't 1099 income NOT a "real" job? Surely YouTube, or Rumble and the like, aren't anything more than 1099 income?

Now YouTube, with advertising contracts or some reliable payment schema I could see being "steady" employment.

But if you told your parole officer that Uber or DoorDash was your reliable employment, would that even fly? It's not a job, by definition. At best you're a contractor, often with no contract.

The streaming should NOT count as a job. It's not. It's a lucrative hobby that can be stripped by your benefactor (youtube) at a moment's notice.
