I am willing to bet she was kicked off due to her weight. She likely has a badly concealed eating disorder. I know of at least 2 other people who have been unceremoniously booted from medicine-related degrees for this. It would be much harder to kick her out for other reasons.
No it's because it's insane to let a person who claims to be deaf and blind* and requires continuous oxygen and NG feeds to graduate and be a doctor.

*I know she has some impairments, but she absolutely exaggerates.

My theory is that Talia was experiencing caregiver fatigue from her husband/ burnout from a high-stress corporate job and being a mom.
Bingo. And I get it. A high stress corpo job and kids is enough to burn anyone out. You get sick and suddenly fucking hell you can lie down and someone else is dealing with it all. It has to be very tempting to just carry on - I bet some don’t even do it deliberately, they somatise their own exhaustion and stress into a vague litany of disorders and then the internet amplifies it

Lol beat me to it, I was embedding links into mine as you posted. I also keep an index to reference when I'm writing the Christmas updates. Also because I like to get drunk and read them and critique them and convince myself the next one will be good. Then I add the next one to the index and get drunk and critique it until I hate that one too. Certainly I will not hate the one I am currently working on two minutes after I post it. (You guys should see the hilarious number of them that I wrote and never published because I hated it before I was even done uploading it.)

I was also going to just quietly memoryhole a whole lot of those old ones because they make me want to do shots of cyanide instead of affordable Polish vodka

2019 me had no idea how true this was.

Two things stuck out:
1. You became a much happier shitposter after you stopped trying to talk to anyone on reddit.
2. It's really, really hard to do pithy descriptions of these people. At first I tried to put a couple words to explain diagnosis/issues, but after a string of probably ten "POTS/EDS/gastroparesis/CFHS service dog user in Florida" I gave up.

What's your vodka of choice? I will drink Tito's in your honour.

1) LMAOOO I was sober back then. For real, that's the answer. Like rehab, AA meeting sober and angrier than a kicked hornet's nest about it so I baited people into fights. Not just online, real life too. Then I went to a wedding with an open bar. Problem solved, problem stayed solved. I still talk to reddit people pretty much every day. I'm just nicer and funnier now because I'm almost always at least a little drunk.

2) When I'm summarizing them what I do is think of the things they did that made me laugh the hardest rather than a list of diagnoses. Like I could "she's another psychiatric service dog weirdo" or I could say "the one who left her retarded kids at home with her husband so she could take her terrified dalmation to Disney world."

3) Sobieski in the big plastic bottle is my Affordable Polish Vodka of choice. Everyone raves about how good Tito's tastes, but I like my vodka to taste of nothing but the shame of waking up on your living room floor again. (And I drink it room temperature and chase it with tap water.)

Some that got missed:

Jennifer Wohlenberg: psychiatric munchausen-by-proxy mom who was friends with Susan Schofield and claimed two of her young daughters had childhood schizophenia. Moved on to physical ailments when the Schofields started getting accused of abuse. One of the daughters allegedly realized that her mom was insane after watching a show about Gypsy Blanchard and stopped playing along.

There's a part three to Gina Fiorentino. There was formerly a part four, but one of the women whose photos she stole asked me to take it down so I did, back when you could still delete posts long after you made them.

Kiley Prososki has a part four.

There's a third Sydney, Sydney White, who was once IRL friends with Analise/Tina Dao and is rapidly finding out after fucking around. The name is truly cursed.

The one you labeled Blossoming with Becca is actually Faith Anne Morfitt, who skinwalked Becca. She has quit all her munchie shit after having a baby and recently revealed she's pregunate with her second.

Mazzy has a second post

Jamie does indeed have a part three

Myranda Miller has parts two and three

And here's her friend Caity, who checked herself into a psychiatric hospital because she was in a crisis because her neurotic cocker spaniel she claimed was a psychiatric service dog constantly exposed her as a fraud.

Grace part one does exist, and theres a part three too. She got posted because I made everyone sad with dog abuse.

And here's her fake girlfriend and promocode shiller Annie Grace

I'll add more if I find them.

Sobieski in the big plastic bottle is my Affordable Polish Vodka of choice.
Takkkk kurrrwaaaa, finally positive polish representation 🙏
My suspicions on whether someone with a service dog is a munchie or not directly correlates with how often they post about their dog on social media.
And how butthurt they get over people potentially being even slightly interested in their dog (probably because it has a massive vest full of stickers). They get so, so angry that they post multiple rants about it. I've never seen a genuine guide dog user be that upset

Sobieski is technically available here, but the alcohol taxes are so high that there’s maybe $5 difference between that and Tito’s, so I’ve only had Sobieski back east. Iirc it tastes like floor cleaner, but whatever, vodka is vodka.

The worst vodka I’ve ever had was an artisanal bottle someone gave me. In retrospect I assume it was a gesture of hostility, it was so bad.

Post history seems to be to various chronic illness subs popular with malingerers (cptsd, gastroparesis, pots, cfs) and r/transmac so also probably a TIF

You weren't kidding.
trans.webp
She wants to transition.

wronglydiagnosedfnd.webp
People don't believe her, just because she was diagnosed with conversion disorder/FND.

conversiondisorderavoidantpersonality.webp
Also, avoidant personality disorder. Not being believed caused her trauma.

stoprecommendingphysicalactivity.webp
She hates that the doctor keeps suggesting getting up and exercising. Doesn't she realise that exercise doesn't help for her??

wontdopt.webp
She won't even do pelvic floor PT. That would make it worse! For the men who may be reading, this is incredibly ridiculous.

cushingswonttest.webp
The PCP won't even test her for Cushings. Terrible!

gettingfat.webp
Even though she's gained 30 lbs this year. I'm sure that's not related to the aforementioned aversion to doing any movement at all.

noteds.webp
It's not EDS.

cruelcardi.webp
The cruel cardiologist pointed out that POTS doesn't prevent you from doing basically anything and isn't a reason to be on full disability, so she goes on disability for muh mentals instead.

צילום מסך 2025-05-02 012603.webp
Her mentuls are getting in the way of people understanding her very, very, very real physical problems.

צילום מסך 2025-05-02 012153.webp
Can't imagine why her PCP was glad to part ways.

Western medicine” treatments such as NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique)-- a form of alternative medicine that aims to eliminate allergies through a combination of kinesiology, acupressure, and acupuncture. As well as radio frequency wave treatment, peptide shots, etc.
Does anyone know if peptide shots actually do anything? It seems kind of extreme to me. Like people who dose up on caffeine pills to try to simulate adderall. They try to use peptide shots to simulate steroids or something

Saying you got a treatment because it contains peptides is like saying that you read a book because it contains words. It’s the most general term imaginable.

Peptide just means small protein, a vast class of molecules that includes everything from antibodies, snake venom toxins, endogenous opioids, to…HGH, human growth hormone.

When someone says they’re getting peptides, it’s often a euphemism for HGH. They’re not steroids (a different class of molecule!) they’re peptides! Which then stimulate steroid production, accomplishing the same thing. It’s a way of evading both the stigma and illegality, and paying richly for the privilege. I think Elon fell for this one and it’s why he’s shaped like that.

I’d say 50% chance it’s HGH, 50% chance it’s a random molecule that was immediately metabolized to little or no effect.

I know two people who take them for different reasons. One gets injections in his wrist from a doctor every few years to help with joint lubrication (I think) following a car accident from years ago. The other person self-injects every other day to help with a repeatedly torn miniscus injury. I have the impression it helps with recovery and health specifically of your joints, ligaments, tendons, etc

For a number of tmi reasons after years of earning my living via high-level sport, I think they would benefit me as well. Have an appointment with my Dr in the next couple weeks to get more info so I may be able to speak on it a bit better in a short while.
