Very oddly, Greer conveniently has an appointment that just so happens to be the exact same time and day as the hearing. Very good to way to show he respects the court.

I'm betting that was the only day the brothel would pencil him.
I think he read Hardin's "you need to give me 30 days," panicked, and submitted the extension so he can comply with the rules and demand those doxes. He knows he's getting sanctioned, and he doesn't want any more. He thinks having those doxes will be the magical winning formula.

Remember, this is supposed to be a copyright case.

Plaintiff is absolutely, positively, 100% guaranteed to be scoping out a brothel site.

Why is Russ choosing to go out into the wilderness somehow the court's emergency?
The only thing Greer has ever traveled anywhere for is for something related to brothels. So assuming it's real, and he's not just going out to pay for the girlfriend experience, he's probably tricked some owner of scrub land that's zoned for a brothel into believing that he actually has the ability to purchase the land and is going out there to explain to them why they should sell it to him for tree fiddy.

I want so badly for the court to respond "Tough fucking shit, be at the hearing when it's scheduled or you oppose nothing Hardin is asking for." However, I hate disappointment, so I'm going to expect that they grant Shitlip's motion. That way when the actual result falls somewhere in the middle, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

On the one hand, I would dearly love to see the judge tell Greer he needs to provide some documentation (ON THE RECORD, in a perfect world) to prove that this is a business/work matter that he truly cannot get out of (like in school when you had to get a doctor's note to excuse your absence). If the judge has truly had it with Greer's shit, he won't want to postpone the hearing, he'll want to get it the fuck over with so he can yell at everybody.

On the other hand, what with aaaallll the additional filings that were made after the hearing was set...Well, maybe the judge is a true masochist who wants to torture himself by postponing it, allowing even further fuckery to continue to pile up.

The gall of this scroungy, greasy, retarded bum thinking a federal court should adjust its schedule to accommodate his larping as a pimp.

The judge has gone out of his way to shield Russ from the consequences of his actions. Since he's already granted Hardin's requests to push deadlines out because of conflicts, I expect he'll grant Russ's request, so to not appear biased against the retard.
Filing deadlines are one thing. It doesn't cost anything to put off a filing deadline. This leaves the judge with a hole in his schedule he won't be able to fill and basically wastes his whole day.

Greer is a successful CEO of a brothel company that owns no brothels, he's got a business to run!

Wonder if there's some land auction next Tuesday that Greer found out about and is gonna show up to thinking that it'll be like that episode of the Simpsons when Bart buys a factory for $1.

Sowwy yuh honuh. I, the pro se / in forma pauperis disabled plaintiff, am a busy businessman who is meeting business partners to (disabledly) conduct business. I know you scheduled this two months ago and the hearing is now four days away, but I really need to cancel. My business partner, Candy, says she is only free this Tuesday and the nature of my business requires me to meet her onsite.

Greer is also allegedly working on a response to Hardin's motion to dismiss.

>Very Oddly.

Sure Russ. The worst thing about this is the Judge is probably going to give him this extension. Also, the absolute cheek of this little faggot claiming that he's owed 28 days when he literally just filed a thing 24 hours ago demanding Hardin do something in 15 days when he's allowed 30.

What strikes me as odd is that he requested a whole month off. Why not a week? Why does he need a whole extra month, if only one day is inconvenient?
I thought he asked for that cause he just wants to toss the motion to dismiss into the hearing and he hasn't gotten around to writing a response yet, since he only ever submits filing two hours after the deadline and not a second sooner.
