Well they could have taken CG's side on the drama, I suppose. Instead, they viewed July as the better man in all this (which I agree with).

What's funny is that the Rekieta thing borked CG and Ethan on the Casino. The topic initially came up on there because of the Rekieta drama. Including Rekieta's seven hour rant about July ("You're literally Marvel!"). Then, as @A Very Big Fish just said, Juju did the bullshit with Riley (PPP has had a long standing hatred for Juju going back many years).

I doubt very much the Casino would have given the July situation any coverage but for those two things happening. They are not comic book guys. Rekieta and Juju inadvertently hurt CG bad.

Meanwhile, all of this drama has helped July more than hurt him.

Hello. A bit of a tourist here, and a late one at that. Used to watch a lot of these creators back in 2017-2019. One by one I stopped watching anyone in Comicsgate. EVS revealed his ego wasn't a joke, JSG became increasingly dickish to anyone who didn't line up with his worldview sight-unseen (What? You believe in Capitalism? Then you must agree with Scalpers making it impossible for old people to get some hand sanitizer during Covid.), and Ya Boi Zach just devolved into the very kind of mindset he used to mock (That one hurt the most). I don't count Yellow Flash since he just points and laughs as news media at this point (he himself admits he isn't a comic book channel anymore; ironically, he's the only one of this group I occasionally watch). Just sad to see what's become of this little corner of YouTube I genuinely found interesting.

Not sure if anyone already recommended her, but the channel Casually Comics is a fun comic channel that covers the older eras of comics and how different writers have changed the character(s) over time. She also really wants Power Girl to be fun again.

I sometimes watch comics lore channels like this, I like the fact that they usually don't dwell on comics drama.

Thunderbolts will get a little bias because I'm on a first date high. Overall it was a decent movie, wouldn't watch again nor complain it was "woke" it was just typical ragtag movie with a underwhelming big bad (there's no big bad persay)

I actively told people to stop watching my channel if all they want to do is call everything woke and they refuse to enjoy good things now that there is a surplus of good movies to watch and good comics to read. Yes, I know the feeling. I'll always have a soft spot for Catwoman because I saw it in the theater with my late wife, even though I know it was terrible. Besides, Richard hating a movie always brings the score up at least one star in my mind (before I actually see it, that is).

Zack in particular has gone to incredible lengths to show the world how career suicide by self sabotaging social media works. The only way he could top it is by asking Mark Waid to do a project with him... or just move in with a tranny.

Thoughtful video. Comics should be cool: cool to read and to cool look at. Higher detail is usually a good thing, but it really should lead your eye across the page. The problem with Ethan is the complete opposite that most artists have: it's that he feels like he has nothing left to prove. His added details feel like busywork to distract from the fact that he obviously doesn't want to draw anymore.
