Wrong condo. CT property tax records do indeed show his condo. They also show his parents' (David and Linda) condo which people have thought was his. This is his condo in CT.

can someone explain to me why panda is still with him? I'm genuinely confused and feel as though I'm missing some information.

I mean, there are a lot of reasons. Phil got her when she was 16 and had zero life experience. 16 year old girls tend to be dumb as fuck to begin with, but Panda is stupid even by that standard. So you have a young, vapid, uneducated, naive girl who gets whisked away from her home by a greasy conman 12 years her senior and thinks she's in love because she doesn't know any better. She then spends years being this guy's live-in maid and playing the sims all day, because she was taught to be an unambitious loser by papa Phil. She lives a lazy, indulgent existence which is boring as fuck, but it's comfortable enough for her to overlook Phil's obvious faults.

That conditioning/brainwashing takes a while to wise up to. Plus, Panda gets to leech off Phil's finances to do whatever she wants. She gets to drive a nice car, lives in a nice house far away from her parents, has her own side business and part-time job where she can get away from the gout, etc. Really, for her, it's a free ride and a pretty sweet deal. What's the alternative for her? Moving back home? She has no education, no skills, and no connections. Right now her biggest issue is that she wants to get laid and Phil isn't up to it. There's also the lingering fear that their relationship has no future, but that one isn't a major stressor just yet.

Leanna can almost certainly go back to PA and live with Mom. I highly doubt she would turn her daughter away- especially since now her daughter has grown up a bit and learned how to take care of a house a bit and developed a willingness to work.

Has he ever discussed why he chose a condo over an apartment or a house in a gated community over one not? Both seem like wildly inefficient uses of money; paying extra for things that get you benefits he isn't using.

I think it's just Phil wanting to live big and stereotypically, since a condo is an upscaled apartment and would be akin to a bachelor's pad, and the latter is a way for him to live in a bubble and pretend he is a responsible adult with a child-bride. IDK about the Condo, but the house in WA was because of haters so he wanted to be safe in a gated residence. Really only benefit to Panda Lee's situation is if DSP croaks at age 40 she can sell the house and make some cash.

Also New Hampshire has same tax laws as WA so idk why he chose it specifically, he doesn't indulge in marijuana so that wasn't the reason. I have a suspicion he chose washington so he could be tucked way up in corner of country away from haters.

Could've moved to some place like Idaho or Montana if he wanted to be away from the haters that live in his head. Nice places with better air than Seattle, that's for sure. I think (don't quote me) that their tax laws are better than Washington state's, too.

Not sure, but I WA and NH don't have federal income tax. DSP being the greedy cunt he is had to have that. Just seems like he didn't think it through at all. Oh god the horror. It seems shes much more into sex than Phil based on his videos. Whenever she goes in for affection he looks like he has no idea what she is doing.

He's a fat infamous apparently celibate manbaby with reproachable hygiene. She's a thin 7ish young woman. Her face is somewhat plain but she has a relatively trim figure which is increasingly rare nowadays. She also seems to be a nympho which many would find highly desirable. Seattle is a sausagefest. There are plenty of men out there who would commit crimes for such a girl. She could go out and instantly get a much healthier, better looking, richer man of much higher quality at any moment. Women are strange sometimes. Its that patented Phil luck dude....never really seen anything like it.
