Ahead of his Federal sentencing a helpful soul has uploaded his stuff onto CourtListener, including the sentencing memorandum which I'm attaching. I highly recommend people give it a read because it is a hilarious documenting of his bullshit over the years. Case in point:

Is there anything this man won't lie about? If he told me it was raining I'd have to look up to double check I wasn't actually being pissed on by a giant.

Also the feds have also asked to extend the sentencing hearing by an extra 15 minutes so they can call one of the Osceola County deputies to counter yet another one of Jeremy lies; that he missed a hearing because he was under arrest.

Calling the deputy seemed like overkill to me since they'd already entered the Sheriff's call logs and arrest reports that showed the time, but it turns out Jeremy challenged those by, and you're not gonna believe this, lying again.
In his objection to that Report, DeWitte has denied that his failure to appear at that hearing was willful, claiming that he was arrested while he was on the way to the hearing.

My Nigga in Christ they have documents showing you weren't arrested until 9+hrs after the hearing was scheduled to begin, how do you imagine this is going to go?


One final note, the court reporter has requested, and been granted, an extension in providing the transcript of his previous sentencing hearing. Deadline for that is now 7th February, so as mentioned previously I'll be keeping my eye out and will provide a copy ASAP.

Apologies for the double post, but someone has posted the defense's sentencing memorandum and it's fucking hilarious. Where the feds posted 24 pages detailing Jeremy's constant bullshit, and asking for them to throw the book at him, the defense's is 6 pages, most of which are just rehashing that guidelines are just guidelines and that the judge can ignore them. Their only actual defense is that he loves his mom, his dad(s) are dead, and that an accident left him retarded:

Personally I'm not sure what having a dead dad or loving your mom has to do with committing tax fraud, nor would a motorcycle accident in 2014 explain why he's been committing crimes for more than a decade before it happened. They also brought back my favorite pointless lie:

Lying about this to the probation officer was dumb. Lying about this directly to the court, right after the prosecution asked for you to get the book thrown at you because you keep fucking lying, is just peak lolcowdom.

Quick update the case that was due to start today, it was continued at the request of the prosecution, and is now scheduled for 3rd Feb. Also since I kinda forgot the update at the time, he got sentenced in the federal case a few weeks back, 41 months, consecutive with his current state one, + $70k restitution.

Jeremy has pleaded out in another case, plea agreement attached.

This was one of the two failure to register vehicle while a nonce cases he had open, and he has pleaded no contest in one in exchange for a nolle prosequi in the other.

Jeremy being Jeremy, couldn't help himself and decided to lie (yet again) on his plea agreement

As a reminder, the Feds pointed out in their case that despite claiming to have a degree from the University of Florida they have absolutely no record of him.

This is still not the end of his ongoing legal woes as he has a trial scheduled in March for his most serious case which includes multiple counts of false insurance applications, multiple counts of insurance fraud, staging a fake crash and yet another failure to register vehicle charge just to keep things spicy.

He didn't specify this time what degree it is and where it came from. He could actually have a 2 year from a local community college or something. It's not like such a thing is hard to get.
 
Jeremy has always claimed its from the University of Florida, not a CC.

I love seeing his court documents signed by lawyers that aren't Amir. I hope Rania can get out of Florida and can afford a name change for Amira.

Yes, I get that. Except he's not claiming that on this document, and we don't know if he actually has one from a CC or some other bullshit. If he did, then he wouldn't be lying on the document.
 
Jeremy has a plea hearing coming up on Wednesday in his final (and most serious) open case. Personally I wasn't expecting much since he has limply plead out in his other cases. However Jeremy has recently appealed, pro-se, against his last plea deal (84 months for failing to register a rental car while being a convicted nonce) asking for a downward departure.

Jeremy now claims he only pleaded out because he was overwhelmed by all the shit going on. He also insists he didn't actually rent the car and never had access to it. Instead he's claiming he allowed Jenn to use his credit card and driving license to rent a car, and he didn't know he had to report that:

This becomes doubly funny when you remember how exactly the cops found out about the rentals in the first place:

I've attached a copy of the motion if anyone wants to read the whole thing. Unsurprisingly the judge denied it which is what makes the upcoming plea deal more interesting. Will Jeremy want to try and fight this one out given he clearly feels he's getting bent over in the plea deals anyway?

Why doesn't he just impersonate the judge and absolve himself of all the wrong doing?
Just go out, do his usual funeral procession but wearing a judge's garb and write his own pardon mid drive on the bike

It feels like we're missing the obvious here mister dewitte.
