The Australian totalitarian megathread - She won't be right mate.

The only thing I want to know is how many of the Straylan "nationalists" (aka the most insufferable 4channy faggots in existence) are suiciding in light of the results. Nobody should be surprised the LNP got blasted; they're the ones who turned the country into the most dystopic biostate imaginable, and last I checked they're still acting über-smug and self-assured about it.

I am not even surprised...

-Covid destroyed my faith in my fellow country man
-Made me dislike Police who I started to see as political oppression tools (not good guys keeping us safe)

You will go to jail if you oppose your latest revisionist indoctrination.
You will go to jail for a hand signal.
You will go to jail for any right wing symbol flown on your own personal property.

This isn't about Nazi's are optics or any of that, this is about the fucking Police state that is the country. The Nanny country is 2010 mate, this place is literally an open air prison camp with an intense two tier justice system. Solitary confinement for Stephen Wells and bail 50 times as long as your invading the homes of, and targeting whites with your violent crime. People not recognising just how bad it is, and thus how much I hate it.

We're 10 years from North Korean style justice where your family is targeted by authorities, we already jail and fudge the justice system for political purposes, next will be attacking the family of anyone with wrong think.

I mean I hope there is some kind of pushback but their won't be, as mentioned Aussies are cowards, even the Chinese arked up more during Covid than us. We are a pathetic, docile, apathetic and defeated bunch and it'll only get worse as each year continues to erase the Australian identity.

---Topic isn't about the NSN they're just useful for pointing out the blatant corruption and persecution of the government though,
Quoting for accuracy.

He even said it last night ANYONE who chooses to live here is Australian, just putrid.

Thought it would be minority or slim majority Labor government.

But wow.

Labor taking seats off everyone. The blow out looks horrendous for the Libs but I don't know whats worse, the Libs results or the Greens results.
They could of just said we'll cut immigration, but they were too Cowardly.

Every single brown person I knew was voting Labor. Libs will not ever be in government again, I'm calling it. Victoria is proof dumb Australians will continually elect a government that makes them unsafe and is fiscally irresponsible

Some truth, it's impossible to work the job day in day out for years and not notice trends, demographics, commonalities you're not allowed to notice by law in the Democratic People's Republic of Australia.
I wrote a big old effort post on why cops aren't cunts but I'm honestly so concerned about being thrown into an Australian gulag 5 years from now I deleted it. The gist was not all cops are cunts, most are based, they just can't say so. I lament my contribution to this retarded nation. I wish I never paid tax here, I can't get it back. It all went to cunts who are not from here. I'm not MATI, I'm MAA.

Both are absolute disasters. Greens have so far won 0 seats, although have unfortunately taken the lead again in Melbourne overnight so Adam Bandt may sneak back in.
Liberals have won 3 seats in Sydney and 0 in Melbourne (Just 2 confirmed in Victoria). Which I think says a lot about the state of the Liberals. They won most of their seats in Queensland but still got wiped out there.

Well....
This is the worst I've ever felt winning a bet.

You know I saw something fascinating when I went to vote yesterday arvo. Big old van pulled up out front of the school and out came a herd of literal retards led by a couple of bored looking men obviously being paid by the NDIS. They all got taken to the retard table and one of the election workers walked them slowly and loudly through the process. They were still doing it when I left.

Thats what mandatory voting gets us. Potatoes thinking their opinion on how the country is run matters.

Now watch once Dutton campaign flip-flops are out of the news cycle how quickly Labor's popularity will decline when they use their majority to go right back to signing more endless immigration deals with India and force through more idpol laws.

Literally just wait 6 months.

Liberals lost because of the final 8 weeks prior to election day with the constant flip-flopping. Almost every party was in favor managed decline and mass immigration (even the "anti-immigration" parties were in favor of small cuts below 50% of intake).

The question on the ballot box was between managed decline, focus groups and status quo, versus managed decline and whatever the policies that are hounded in the media we throw out.

I've said it before in this very thread:

Everyone in the electorate knows it will get worse, and that's why they're going for Labor again. Rent, energy prices, food prices, etc, will be getting worse whether you vote for the mass Indian immigration or mass Chinese immigration parties, but at least your dole will go up slightly when you inevitably lose your job.

This is going to look a lot like the last British elections, no one has a party they like and they'll be voting the least worst option.

Our saving grace is the our terms are limited to three years, rather than four or five like the UK or Canada, so that a "least worst option" party winning in a landslide is only in place temporarily. They don't get half a decade to fundamentally change everything like Labour is in the UK despite having won a vote from less than 20% of the population.

I think people need to recognise just how unpopular Dutton was

Labors entire campaign was focused on Dutton

Their posters in electorates were all a vote for local candidate Is a vote for Dutton

Their Medicare campaign was based on what Dutton did as health minister

Their energy campaign was based on Dutton comments on nuclear

This was a referendum on Dutton electorability.

The libs are now looking at atleast 2 more terms in opposition they need to focus the next 3 years on reclaiming back their historic seats from Labor and the teals

So where you guys going, everything is shit now and it will get worse in terms of wrong think, immigrant invasion, cultural identity erasing so in order to enjoy the time I have left I wanna hit Japan or Thailand

No where because that's the standard third world behaviour. You stay in your country and try and fix the problems. If everyone even had the resources to just up and leave we would do exact same thing and fuck up someone else's country.

Completely agree. I remember seeing a Greens pamphlet that said something to the effect of "Don't like Labour, Can't Stand Dutton? Vote Greens!" - not Labour vs Liberal, Labour vs Dutton. And then the Liberals played into that by having his stupid deformed face constantly in the news. Even if Dutton retained his seat, he would have had to step down. Although based on how the Libs conducted this campaign, maybe Dutton would have stayed on despite being electoral poison.

And a reminder: The government you elect is the government you deserve.

I'm bemused by people I know trying to blame Trump's insanity for this result. The liberals shot themselves in the foot time and time again, and barely had any positive coverage (in part because they barely had any positive news or policies). An absolute shitshow of a campaign, and while Dutton will take the fall for it so should a few others (including practically every fucking advisor).

Unfortunately the biggest fuckhead in Parliament and biggest Dutton cock sucker (Angus Taylor) looks likely to be the next Opposition leader, which is just diet Dutton. If that happens, I've lost all confidence in the Coalition, and the party needs to be deleted for a new right wing major party.

Ah yes, the megabrain who iirc instantly whinged and attacked labour when they announced their tax cuts for the lowest earning brackets. That was so incredibly endearing and couldn't possibly have solidified any opinions about the conservatives attitudes to the poors. Good thing this didn't happen a month or so out from an election...

They're pretty pleased with the results.
They didn't think Labor would lose and didn't want the Liberals to win anyway.

They are Nationalists - the Liberals are conservative.
They see the Liberal party as only caring about the Business Council's desire for more slaves (infinite migration) and rightly point out that, before the recent post-COVID wave, most mass migration was from the Howard era, and the Liberals were the ones that dismantled the White Australia Policy because it impeded the ability for businesses to import scab workers from shithole countries before they offshored manufacturing.
Gough Whitlam is blamed for ending the White Australia Policy, but by the time he got in it only existed on paper.

The NSN has been telling their people to vote for independents and People's First instead of Liberals for months.
So no, they aren't surprised or upset by this.
They consider this wipeout a good way to start from scratch and build an actual nationalist party.

People didn't necessarily vote for Albo/Labor - they voted against Dutton.
The Liberals policies were shit.

I was a Labor supporter before COVID, and if the Liberals had put "Zero migration for the next 5 years, cancellation of existing visas where people have not found jobs in their specified fields (no more working UberJeets if you came here to work ICT), eligible skills for visas reduced to only ~8 fields (medicine, nursing, healthcare, research, science, defence etc), no more family members brought over by people on student visas, mandatory English tests including an assessment of your verbal English skills etc etc then I would have voted Liberal despite all their other shit policies. So would most of my family and friends.
Hell, even previous migrants would have voted for them on that policy.
I've even had Indians at my work (progressive shithole) complain about the recent ones coming here and living in enclaves.

The Liberals stood for absolutely nothing and they deserved this loss.

He wasn't unpopular until March of this year, he was unlikable, which was actually an asset if used right.

Once they started throwing shit at the wall and then walking it back an hour later and then doing the same thing and had virtually no policy submissions different to Labor's besides nuclear and cutting skilled migrants, Liberals were leading by 1-2% since September 2024.

This would have been the easiest election for Dutton to win if he portrayed himself as "not your dad's politician" and tried to show himself off as hardball against migration and crime and cost of living. That would result in people saying "yeah he's a cunt but he's right on XYZ".

Instead in March he revealed himself to be talking his chops without consulting with any party members, so anything he said was off the cuff and had to be walked back because it was inevitably stupid and spooked MPs battling for their seats.

Suddenly Albo, the guy who sent flowers to Xi after he almost killed Australian navy members with SONAR pings, had less flop.

The Orange Man Bad script isn't even working anymore in the US, but I guess that won't stop neolibs from just repeating 2017 nonstop globally.

If Labor manage to shuffle enough migrants into the right seats, Liberals may never win another Federal election.
It's a shame the only good policy they had was nuclear and now who knows if that will ever be on the table ever again.

Then they're stupid and easily led.
