Landlords and case workers will usually give you a couple of chances to 'Come to Jesus' before the eviction paperwork gets started and then once that starts it can take several weeks/months to finalize especially if Phil tries to fight it.

From what I can gather it was very last minute, like the day before he got a call saying We will be doing and inspection tomorrow at 9 am you better be there kinda notice. I haven't got anything out of him yet in regards to what's gone down at the inspection and that usually means he's brooding and trying to comprehend what the adults have said before he understands it an decides how he's going to play it, but expect some salt from it because when he's quiet he's not understood it and that normally means it wasn't good.

Pretty much. Where I used to live, we had an actual retard move in next door who had similar issues (smell and noise). I complained about him, and I assume the other neighbors did too because he was gone in weeks not months. And he wasn't covered in ugly tattoos or dressed in filthy bondage gear either.

Torren doesn't really pay attention to Phil when he is there but I know he's pissed that the rent hasn't been paid, Phil's been spending a lot of money while Torren's not been there so I'd guess that him not being there to reign in the more frivolous spending when he does pay attention to him has been mentioned, loudly and drunkenly.

I have to admit, I'm baffled by ths whole "latinx own hoop earrings" thing. Hoop earrings have existed since at least the Roman times (per my cursory googling) and probably longer. Wire formed into loops is the easiest way to create earrings. This makes no sense in any way.

It strikes me as a case where people were deliberately looking for something to get upset about. The great thing about hoop earrings is that they're pretty ubiquitous, so there's a good chance that you can catch a fellow SJW who wears them. Callout culture!
