Thats probably one of the funniest things about him. He got convicted very early on as a pedophile and not alot of people bring that back up to his face. Its sort of just an "oh by the way", you would think that every police officer possible would interject that into any form of conversation they have with him. It's funny to see him mentioned and referenced in YouTube comments from time to time. Had no idea he's also a convicted pedophile.
The impression that I've got was that he was quickly buck broken in jail right after he tried his sovereign citizen routine with his cellmatesIt feels like we're missing the obvious here mister dewitte
Maybe "funny" as in "odd", but being a man who raped a middle schooler is not very funny at all. In fact I sort of wish he wasn't a statutory rapist because then he would just be a clown and a higher tier lolcow (although still a menace to society who probably belongs in prison tbh).Thats probably one of the funniest things about him.
Oof. Might as well send that straight to Collections.$70k restitution.
Any ideas what the outcome for this will be if (read: when) he's found guilty?Jeremy has plead not guilty, new trial is scheduled for 16th June:

Even by Jeremy's low standards pleading not guilty here is fucking dumb, because according to the original affidavit they have him dead to rights on the false insurance claim shit because they have metadata from the photos he submitted and more importantly he used the exact same fake invoices in 3 different claims:

Honestly no idea. Given he already got ~8yrs on his second failure to register (which is also just one of, and arguably the least serious of his 9 current charges) I'm kinda hoping/expecting them to throw the book at him.Any ideas what the outcome for this will be if (read: when) he's found guilty?
Depending on the money involved, it starts with 5 years or 5 grand on each count.Any ideas what the outcome for this will be if (read: when) he's found guilty?
Yeah, that's within the starting criteria for the third-degree felony of the insurance fraud thing. I doubt if anything more will come out of it,but considering how fast this guy's life is unraveling...The charges relate to two separate crashes and, according to the affidavit, it's around $10k for each accident:

Turkey Tom just released a documentary on him. I haven't watched so can't judge it, but my hopes aren't high.
That is exquisite handwriting.
Jeremy now claims he only pleaded out because he was overwhelmed by all the shit going on. He also insists he didn't actually rent the car and never had access to it. Instead he's claiming he allowed Jenn to use his credit card and driving license to rent a car, and he didn't know he had to report that:
