Reminds me of the odd issue that's come up of Trump not having appointed many judges yet this term. I think it's only been the one that he's done on May 2nd.
For comparison, in 2017 when he was first president he nominated his first judge February 1st.
He even made a point of making a social media post about it, treating it as quite special. Likely because he's filed an amicus brief in Trump's birthright citizenship case.
Which suggests he's wanting evidence the specific judges would just rule for him rather than because they have some particular leaning in regards to interpretation of the law. He keeps getting stymied in the courts by judges he appointed the first time around so probably doesn't view them as conservative judges because they value following the law over just tossing him a win.

I'm reminded of how the westboro baptist church would come in uninvited, with signs, near funerals of dead soldiers, chanting stuff like "god loves dead soldiers", to bring attention to their cause of wanting to criminalize homosexuality. Naturally, for as much publicity they gained from it, it also led to them being massively despised by virtually everyone and likely encouraged people to support gay rights, if for no other reason, besides pure spite or wanting to see them sperg the fuck out even further, because they were super easy to bait.
Nothing reddit atheists had done even comes touching the surface of the insane shit bush-era evangelicals were doing, they were such massive lolcows that they turned natural allies into mortal enemies. For example, they probably are single handedly responsible for entire seasons worth of episodes for South Park, but keep in mind that that show back in a day also denied global warming, mocked environmentalists, called people responsible for anti-smoking campaigns fascists and created more than one episode of explicitly taking the piss out of trans people. Needless to say, managing to fumble the bag so hard that showrunners with such beliefs end up taking the piss out of you, means you've seriously fucked up somewhere in the pursuit of attention and fame.
We may or may not be approaching a return to that, judging by how entire countries like Canada and Australia had recently voted in left-leaning majority governments, for seemingly no other reason, but just to spite Trump and anti-woke conservatives.

Calling Russia woke but conveniently ignoring the US is something I didn't expect to see today. Don't forget its now illegal to be LGBT in Russia, I thought that's something the Trumptards would call "based".
Although with all these Trump cocksuckers I should just expect that anything is possible, including hilarious own goals.
