It was for the business taxes or some shit. He considered Texas too but said it was too hot even though he never leaves the house so I dont know why he would care about heat

To be fair, Trump may boast a lot both in IRL and his tweets (and you may not like the dude) but he's got at least something to back up all that talk. He has accomplished more than DSP will ever hope to accomplish in his entire life.
What does DSP have? a 4th place in a SSF2T tournament, and 2 regional SF2 tournament wins. That and middling success in Youtube at one point. Nowadays he's known for jerking it off live and being a complete fuckup at everything.

Due to committed intimate relationship status Leanna would probably get the house if Phil died.

You can go out and pay like $2000 tops to create a a trust and buy the house in its name. Not all lenders will cooperate but you can find ones that do. Boom, nobody sees your name in public web-accessible government records showing you own a house. But nah, gotta buy a $250K house and get hit by HOA fees through the anus so deep your nasal canal is damaged.

Common law is not a thing anymore. She would get nothing unless he put her in a will and if he even HAD a will. It would mostly go to his parents and even then I am sure he would owe them, lol

I wouldn't be surprised in the least if the soap business isn't just a tax write-off.

Phil could buy a bunch of stuff for his channel, claim Panda Lee needs it for her business and get some credit for a brand new computer, equipment, etc.

He might even take it one step further and buy a bunch of items right before tax time, claim them and subsequently return everything. This would be double dipping, but I dont put it past Phil.

Knowing Phil, she wont get a thing unless they get married shes not entitled to anything of his and I am sure she is on nothing important of his Phil is the type of guy to ask for a pre-nup, even though I dont think she wants to inherit his debt anyway.


Phil models his teespring crap. He has deodorant stains on his new T shirt when he stands up. He also seems to be breaking out on his face.

Also, something about a grown man saying "merch" is weird as fuck to me

He claim he sold 50 or so of those things, when you see him sit there with the cup and t-shirt it makes you wonder how many of more of these supposed 50 things he bought himself?
Wouldn't surprised if he have at least one of every t-shirt and at least a notebook or one more cup.

He seriously trying to be a model? No, it does not make me wanna by a shirt or anything else.

I miss the original videos of this, though - there was a particularly autistic commenter who made one big comment per video, Cinema Sins-style, listing all of Phil's shortcomings (the guys seemed to be a cook or something). It was really great, as good as the Gordom Ramsay inserts.

I love how he says the shirts are quality, hanes shirts are like six bucks and will shrink if you dont wash them correctly.

I dunno about how common law marriage would enter into this but if someone kicks without a will the most common practice AFAIK is to go spouse then down the family tree and then up and then the state. You could be someone's dearest friend who punched your cards with them every day of their life but if they don't have a will and you don't have any blood or legally adopted or spousal relationship Uncle Sucker takes everything. So Leanna may get nothing especially with relatives.
