I actually think Greer talking through his filings will be his strongest showing at the hearing. He doesn't know how the law works, doesn't want to learn it, refuses to believe it when it says something opposite what he wants, and can not comprehend proper legal responses to anything an opponent files. The only thing he puts thought into is his own filings, and those are the only points he'll be able to coherently talk about. It won't be insightful, it'll just be a regurgitation of what he's already filed, but at least he'll be able to speak.
Oh yeah, it's the only area where he's prepared whatsoever, considering they were his filings. It's basically what you mentioned though. The moment he has to do anything beyond reiterate his motions, he's cooked.
If he does allow people to listen in, this is a friendly reminder to be on your best behavior - he doesn't like Mr. Hardin now, he just dislikes Russ even more and even the appearance of weenery could mess that up.
The last one went remarkably well. I was wary since it was coming off the heels of retards interrupting Rekieta's and our wife's but not one peep. Hopefully the host can set it up so only the assigned speakers are the only ones unmuted.

Zero idea why virtual courtrooms don't have that hammered into their brains yet. I get that it's not a common issue but you'd think it's the third thing that'd be set up for a virtual court hearing. Right after "create zoom meeting" and "send invites".

Remember, one of Russ's lolyers once tried to justify missing the deadline by saying "I was out in the boonies without wifi on the night of the deadline!" and it worked for him, so now Russell's doing the same thing. His whole modus operandi is trying to repeat what worked for a real lawyer

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the only thing Russ learned from DJF is that you can make infinity excuses for continuances and missed deadlines

Does anyone think the judge will try questioning Greer on the alleged business meeting? Try and get him to admit it was bullshit?
Unlikely, it was denied, it's done.

He needs to write a book: How to represent yourself and win lawsuits using the cargo cult method.

"show up to court ordered hearings" is sufficiently fucking obvious

I don't think we've plumbed the depths of Russ's inability to do basic shit

If Shit Lips spergs out it'll probably be when he tries to Plight 'Splain. I could see a fake crying saga similar to what he did when he was being trolled by Katie Perry's "assistant". Just taking going ham on how AWFUL the harassment of the Farms is, the Farms is the hardship, why won't the judge see his trauma lumps, so on and so forth.

Okay, BUDDY BOYS. Just where is Russell supposed to find a 100+ mile HMDI cable to show his evidence against the evil Kiwi Farms in court… hmmmm!?!?

But no one is asking the right question about this next hearing. From an interview a while back, it became apparent that Russ had become quite over weight. Fat, if you will. The question now is has he lost it or will he be a Fatty Patty when he turns his camera on.

TBH I think this judge is going to rule against him no matter what it would probably be smarter for him to just no-show as a form of protest and then appeal
From the legal concept of Ego modo finxi and Ab asino meo, plene formatum extollitur we can clearly see that no-show results in an unappealing and unappealable decision - Appella hoc, o tu qui cum matre tua coitum habuisti.
