I've taken off work to have this Tuesday off. I demand my hearing! Greer has caused irreparable financial harm to my employers. He has to appear.

Oh yeah, it's the only area where he's prepared whatsoever, considering they were his filings. It's basically what you mentioned though. The moment he has to do anything beyond reiterate his motions, he's cooked.I actually think Greer talking through his filings will be his strongest showing at the hearing. He doesn't know how the law works, doesn't want to learn it, refuses to believe it when it says something opposite what he wants, and can not comprehend proper legal responses to anything an opponent files. The only thing he puts thought into is his own filings, and those are the only points he'll be able to coherently talk about. It won't be insightful, it'll just be a regurgitation of what he's already filed, but at least he'll be able to speak.
The last one went remarkably well. I was wary since it was coming off the heels of retards interrupting Rekieta's and our wife's but not one peep. Hopefully the host can set it up so only the assigned speakers are the only ones unmuted. If he does allow people to listen in, this is a friendly reminder to be on your best behavior - he doesn't like Mr. Hardin now, he just dislikes Russ even more and even the appearance of weenery could mess that up.
if he no-shows, considering his lack of prosecuting his case and lack of viable avenues to prosecute his case is one of the main subjects, it becomes probable it will get dismissed. Is this meeting one of those things where if he doesn't show he loses the case?
I thought we weren't supposed to give him adviceif he no-shows, considering his lack of prosecuting his case and lack of viable avenues to prosecute his case is one of the main subjects, it becomes probable it will get dismissed.
"show up to court ordered hearings" is sufficiently fucking obviousI thought we weren't supposed to give him advice
TBH I'd think he was considering skipping it but is also insecurely checking the thread"show up to court ordered hearings" is sufficiently fucking obvious
That's what you think but this is Rusty"show up to court ordered hearings" is sufficiently fucking obvious
That's what you think but this is Rusty
Gaming the system to gain deadline extensions that he has been outright denied has been his specialty. Expect shenanigans."show up to court ordered hearings" is sufficiently fucking obvious
Unlikely, it was denied, it's done.Does anyone think the judge will try questioning Greer on the alleged business meeting? Try and get him to admit it was bullshit?
He needs to write a book: How to represent yourself and win lawsuits using the cargo cult method. His whole modus operandi is trying to repeat what worked for a real lawyer
From the legal concept of Ego modo finxi and Ab asino meo, plene formatum extollitur we can clearly see that no-show results in an unappealing and unappealable decision - Appella hoc, o tu qui cum matre tua coitum habuisti.TBH I think this judge is going to rule against him no matter what it would probably be smarter for him to just no-show as a form of protest and then appeal
