It pisses me off as a Star Wars nerd. Have the Air Force jump into their aircraft dressed as rebel fighter pilots, show the army conducting exercises in rebel or clone costumes, make the CIA release an intelligence report on the Death Star plans.

The comments from Trump about not knowing if he needs to uphold the constitution may be getting misunderstood to an extent.
What his people are wanting to do is use the Alien Enemies act to deport people without having court hearings. Which I think the act would allow them to do, but they haven't really argued why it's applicable in a lot of the cases they've used it or are wanting to use it. They've typically argued in court that it should be considered state secrets whether the act is applicable to whatever individuals they choose.
If Trump admits that everyone deserves due process it'd make it even harder for him to actually make use of the Alien Enemies Act. Which he's even fucked up the use of by using it on people that were here under various legal statuses who didn't even have criminal records.
It doesn't help that Trump may think he basically won in the supreme court regarding them not ruling exactly on the AEA (they ruled more on jurisdiction and that they needed due process), which guys like Stephen Miller spun as a win for them largely because they didn't exactly rule against the use of AEA.
They're really clinging to the Alien Enemies Act in spite of it constantly losing in one court case after another. So you could interpret his comments about not knowing whether he has to uphold the constitution as him trying to shut up and let the lawyers talk for him as he's wanting to continue the legal fights to really make use of the Act. It's really pretty insane though since their primary legal argument for using it has been that they shouldn't need to prove they can use it.
