When this case gets dismissed I get the feeling null is gonna have another special coke stream blitzed out of his mind on allergy meds and yell joyously at chat like an old black preacher.
The pure relief of being able to talk about Greer again and laughing at him is going to be just a joy. I actually hope we get a special stream about Greer and his lawsuit going over all of it and reading the choices bits of fillings. That would be so incredibly kino.

He should definitely do that because the appeals court would obviously recognize his honor and strength in deliberately defaulting and losing his case. Dealing with the next lawsuit that Russ files most likely. Did no one learn anything from the mountain Jew saga? Regular well adjusted people might believe that having some of your claims thrown out means that the court thought they were bullshit and that's where it ends. Lolcows recognize that this means that those claims were never decided on their merits and that the can needs another kick.
If this case does get dismissed Hardin should be doing whatever he can to prevent the next five years of pointless legal idiocy. It's far more important to get Greer's IFP status revoked or to set things up so easily enable the court to find Greer to be a vexatious litigant in any future suits than it is to end this case tomorrow.

On one hand I agree with you, on the other hand I strongly feel that the fun has gone out of this whole 'sue Josh Moon to get my thread taken off kiwi farms' lark for him.
It's turned out to be far more work then he ever expected, as well as far more costly with his constantly proven lack of legal acumen biting him in the ass and causing sanctions against him because he is facing competent legal defense and I think he would be quite happy to have this whole thing go away and be forgotten.
He feels he has bigger fish to fry with his whorehouse dreams and I would honestly be surprised if he takes another kick at this can when he has absolutely nothing to argue in its favour any more should it get dismissed.

Yes, this is a classic case of the dog catching the car. It's his first time getting anywhere near this far in a court case, and he has no idea what he's doing.
Sure, this stuff can be complicated and quite a bit of work, but if he was motivated he'd be putting in a much bigger effort. He'd be fired up and ready for this hearing, not trying to get out of it. That's why he treats Hardin e-mailing him as harassment, it's like a reminder for homework he hasn't done and doesn't know how to do. He's not feeling like a big shot social justice lawyer, he's feeling like a loser with a growing debt. Also noone really gives a fuck about the Kiwi Orchards so noone will fuck him for fighting us, and no news agencies are lining up to write a story on it.
He's a lolcow so he won't learn, and he will find the next thing, but whatever it is, I doubt he'll want a court case like this one.

when the 2nd coming comes, everyone but Jewsh, hardin and russ will be judged and set aside. God will set aside a court in limbo where he will personally judge the case of greer v moon which will also go on for eternity.

Nah, God's justice is pure. Russel just needs to learn a lesson and also how the law works. So he shall be placed in a library. This library will contain every case, government regulation and law, every ruling, and every hearing. That ever was, is, could be and will be. In every possible iteration and configuration, down to and including every possible choice of words for the same ruling the judges could have used. All written in large text, bound in mighty tomes and indexed in no particular order. Cubic light years of books. Shelves upon shelves stretching in a universe spanning mass in all directions.
Greer will then be placed in this law library and be tasked with finding the one true copy of Greer v. Moon. Once he finds it he can then leave this purgatory and be granted God's mercy.
