At this point you don't even need a valid copyright claim to fuck over YouTubers. Warner Bros Records could create an AI bot that automatically spams YouTube with copyright claims. YouTube then might have an AI bot that automatically assumes the record company is in the right in every case.

The actual claim could be for Michael Jackson's Thriller and the song itself is the theme for Super Mario Sunshine. Now all the proceeds for the video are going to the record company and the Japanese guy who actually wrote the song is completely oblivious to all this.
