Check for upticks in pollution in the Pacific Ocean near San Diego. If Ralph's dead in TJ, the cartels will doubtless dump him either in the sewer (which goes into the Ocean) or just in the Ocean. Ralph's sure to get some more Navy Seals sick with all the toxins rolling around his system.
