From an outsider point of view (and correct me if I'm wrong), these characters are just cardboard cutouts of anime archetypes, completely lacking any personality and used by Alex to express his fetishes, but turns out some people found the concept fun and couldn't run Artificial Academy or mod Hitman: Blood Money with Lucky Star models.

Seriously, that he went to such lengths with Midori Gurin is something, that honestly disturbes me. As seen in the videos, they are a) a personification of the fans and b) Midori is also a Yandere, as proved in the last video. He basically thinks, he can do anything do his fans, even stab them in the fucking head without expecting any major consequences, because - surprise - there will always be another dumb Midori chasing after him asking him questions and he doesn't even have to hide his way of managing his anger. It's quite possible, actually. Assuming he has done some work on her, it would be better to keep his eggs in one basket asset and code wise, so her coding and assets could exist in some partially complete form in the game files.

Since this is a game with a rolling release schedule (it gets regular beta updates every two weeks according to the site website), it would not surprise me if half finished assets are present in each beta and are fleshed out to completion in subsequent builds.

Except this is Alex we're taking about, and he's slower than a garden snail, so I doubt that he's made any progress on Osana, let alone working on any non "easter egg" features. (The files even look identical to what was going on back when people were editing the json file to add her into the game.)

I was thinking of Mida and how gross her plotline is. There are so many ways to fix it without looking like a fetish game. I think I saw it mentioned many pages back that you could have Ayano get the wrong idea because Mida was giving too much innocent attention to Senpai. I actually like this idea. why not have Mida be a decent and modest woman who just happens to have a sexy body? You can use that anime trope of "big boobs but not a slut" without making her into a pedo in the process. It would also be realistic since women with certain proportions sometimes get treated badly and accused of "flaunting" just because of how they look.

Regarding Alex's answering stuff on reddit but not showing it in the game, i already warned him about there. In the thread where he explains Ayano personality i say that he needs to "Show, don't tell", as in, his reddit/twitter answers mean absolutely nothing if he doesn't show it in the game, or even worse, they contradict the game. (Like how the evil girl Alex talks about doesn't match her game version). His answer was:

I have limited time, and limited resources. Please remember that I'm not a massive company with a seven-figure budget; I'm just a dude making an indie game, doing the best he can with the materials he has. I "show" whatever is most important, and I use audio tapes or reddit/twitter posts for everything else.
