The point is that we don't really know the long-term consequences of HRT because it was never done to this scale. Getting her periods back does not mean she can carry a baby to term, or that the baby wont have health issues. Things like early menopause and osteoporosis wont show up until years later, but if you're getting the former before your 40s and the later before your 60s you got a big problem.
