You don't. You "technically" don't need gov't-issued identification in public places (with uncontrolled borders, that is) at any time. "Technically." I say "technically" in scare quotes repeatedly because that same technicality is law enforcement's favorite tool in their "I can arrest anyone I want at any time for any reason" toolchest.

If an officer decides to "investigate a potential crime" and further decides you are a potential person of interest to that investigation, he now has the power to detain you (without arrest). Then, since you're now being detained pending an investigation, you can be ordered to identify yourself, including by producing gov't-issued ID. If you fail to do so, they can now claim you are "obstructing," "interfering with" or otherwise "impeding" an active criminal investigation, which is an arrestable offense. It then becomes a separate (arrestable) criminal offense to refuse to identify yourself once you're under arrest.
This is highly state-dependent. Only 26 states have stop-and-identify statutes, and 7 of those are conditional.

Always consult local statutes and/or legal counsel before taking broad legal advice from randoms on the internet.

This depends on the state. In my state, if I'm not operating a motor vehicle, I have the right to shut the fuck up and will always choose to exercise that right. Even if a police officer arrests me or the cops come to my home with a warrant, I have the right to remain silent. Always check your state laws and know your rights.

You both seem to have missed what I actually described. You're describing rights protected by law. I'm describing "shit wot the cops actually do in the real world" and saying "carry ID, present when asked, STFU" is the most prudent course of action unless you're a wanted felon on the lam.

More of a "pragmatism" argument than a strict legal scripture study :story:

If a cop stops you, arrests you, and tells his sergeant he did all that because you refused to identify yourself, you would be released and that cop would get reprimanded for wasting everybody's time - at least in my state.

As it should be.

That doesn't stop it happening. Cops ain't the brightest bulbs in the box on the best of days, and when you get on one's bad side, they'll get "creative" with their antics just to inconvenience you.

Maybe in the middle of nowhere, but that kind of shit doesn't happen in places where you have plenty of small-time criminals who make law enforcement's job easy. Why hassle a dude who's doing nothing when there's some fucking wetback on the next corner over trying to sell drugs?

1/4th of the police force in America are as retarded and low impulse as the niggers they arrest all the time. Only with the horrific bonus of being able to do pretty much whatever the fuck they want on a power trip and never feel the full consequences because of qualified immunity. (unless they're in a blue state and the media kicks up enough fuss over some O.Ding nigger)

For the same reason that London is a crime ridden shithole but the Metropolitan Police would rather try and harass and build a case against you for posting something offensive on social media. The wetback on the corner, selling drugs? He's probably dangerous. He's probably armed, maybe even has a gun. Why take the risk of being killed when you can hassle some honest, hardworking taxpayer instead?

Because, in the US, you get awards and promotions for catching criminals so long as they aren't niggers.

Looks like the first trade deal is happening tomorrow.

It won't be India, Modi was supposed to go on a European tour before the escalations. There is no way the raja of the poos would allow someone else to be akwardly hug the president on camera. I guess it could be a strong showing in the face of Pakistan, but Modi is such a media hog it's hard to believe. Money is on Japan

As I said in the post you're replying to it isn't about calories. It's about nutrients needed for proper brain development.

While conditions are better here in terms of protein other nutrients are still lacking due to poor diet and dark skin and other genetic factors. Vitamin D is the one everyone shouts from the rooftops especially after a study found vitamin D deficient Somali immigrants in both the US and Sweden had exploding autism rates (3-4x risk in vitamin deficient Somalis) likely because vitamin D is important for immune function and metabolic health.
But others are prevalent in black children beyond that. Zinc, iron, vitamin A, DHA, and a few others aren't uncommon.

Notably more blacks are also on welfare and are low income compared to whites and welfare typically means poptarts, frozen pizzas, and other processed junk. None of which are going to support good cognition. From pre-conception (which impacts sperm and egg quality) all the way through pregnancy, infancy, and adolescents blacks are out there eating corn starch and fried chicken and their intelligence continues to suffer for it.

How much could they improve if they just decided to eat healthily for a few generations? The world may never know. They're now locked in a cycle of eating to stunt their brain then being too stupid to do anything to fix it. Corn Starch it is!

Don't forget the love of hot boxing their children and cooking crack in their kitchen.
