Unless Netanyahu is IMMINENTLY in danger of being impeached or whatever they do in that festering pit they call a holy land I believe this exactly 0%. Trump might shun him, or put him at a distance, but there's no way he'd officially or even unofficially cut him off. It would be political suicide to defy our rules, god's chosen, and their representative.

Turns out that Israeli media is now reporting on it. Basically it relates to Bibi and his defense minister saying that Israel must defend itself from the Houthis on its own, Trump’s not visiting Israel on a tour of the Middle East, that Bibi and Israel were using Mike Waltz before he got moved to UN ambassador as a way to get him to go to war with Iran, and that Bibi is causing delays in normalizing relations with Saudi Arabia because the Saudis want the war in Gaza to be over and for Israel to issue a statement for a Palestinian state.

It all stems from ignorance rather than malice. That's a problem in and of itself but doesn't evoke the same amount of hatred from me.
When I told my dad about trans kids, he didn't believe me. He went and found out that I wasn't lying, and CA and OR were far more gone than he realized. So he told his Boomer friends, who didn't believe him. Normalcy bias is a hell of a drug.

I told a friend my same age about the california bill that decriminalized transmission of aids to people without their knowledge and they thought i was making shit up. He then looked it up and was horrified because it was worse than i was saying.

Oh, The Rs are going to absolutely be routed in 2026. I'd love to be wrong but I fully expect we'll lose the House, and more than a third of the Senate will be up for grabs then too. The Dems will circle the wagons, as they always, always do, while the Rs bicker amongst themselves and thereby persuade the voters to "vote their consciences" with predictable results.

As in 2024 and 2022 the GOP has no message at all. None. They're just as disunited as the Democrats, just without hooting niggers and shrill cat ladies causing daily embarrassment. The caucus has not, as a whole, embraced MAGA, and too many of them still are bucking against its core ideas. A major issue is maybe half the party is in the throes of a version of libertarian ideology that says anything businesses want to do, including importing infinity jeets and forcing their employees to take untested "vaccines", is good, and the government has no business getting in the way. On top of that, you have cargo-cult Reaganism saying that all social issues are insta-losers, so they're unable to do anything but the most half-hearted actions against trans insanity, even "trans kids." Recall that the TX-GOP completely shut out citizen activists trying to bring the issue to their attention, and Kristi Noem cucked to the NCAA early on the trans issue.

Same thing is behind why the GOP has never undone any left-wing initiatives to politicize the Armed Forces and turn it into a social experiment. Feminism is a social issue, and social issues are losers, so let's just allow women, fags, trannies, and fat niglets destroy our combat readiness.

At the end of the day, far too many Republican politicians still think the only issues that are safe to run on are cutting taxes and increasing defense spending. The Democrats, by contrast, are uniting once again around the message of stopping Hitler from putting innocent brown people in concentration camps. It's a retarded message, but it's a message at least.

Surprised Roberts didn't cave in.

Reminds me of my grandma over Hurricane Helene when I told her the government under Biden wasn't helping those people and wanted to funnel money into Ukraine instead. She laughed at me and said in a singsong voice I was "watching the wrong things" or something to that effect. She doesn't realize MSNBC/CNN deliberately omitted it for political reasons because it would look the Administration look bad.

I know what I saw in those videos coming out of NC. On top of that, people in the church I attend have relatives up there who went through that. Silent Generation people are arguably worse when it comes to this type of thing - just turn yourself into a drone and believe everything the man on the TV tells you. My grandma is 95 - with the decline I've noticed, it's obvious to me that I don't think she is capable of being objective anymore. Most of the Silent Generation people are Boomer stereotypes but amplified.

If Hegseth is any indication of the quality of Fox News hosts, this is probably gonna be the most effective appointment so far.

Trump is hilarious. That faggot Tillis said he wouldn’t vote for Ed Martin who is completely qualified to be the US Attorney. Trump just puts in an even more radical interim attorney (who can serve up to 120 days) and now whoever is in Tillis’ pocket is probably seething.

Even if that recess appointment was solely to piss off Thom Tillis, that's good enough

even though I'm firmly in the "no more female judges EVER" camp, especially as dramatically disappointing as Amy Barrett has turned out.

I've hate-watched Jeanine Pirro for the better part of a decade. She's an extremely entertaining lizard. This is going to be funny as fuck.
