First let me explain, I think APD holds the trolls just as responsible for all the bullshit they endure as raxx. This is evident in one of the bodycams where they detain a dude riding his bike past cyraxx's house and ask him if he's responsible for whatever they got called out there for. APD is out for blood and they'll get it just as soon as a troll or raxx sticks their neck out.

With all this being said, this guy came yesterday, and got told to leave on camera. Now he's planning on going back tomorrow, advertised the time he plans on going, and insinuated he's going to be throwing rocks. (Not to mention he's got an open felony case).

Here's what I think will happen, Raxx will call APD, tell them a troll was here yesterday streaming and is coming back tomorrow. He'll show them the stream and the plans for tomorrow. APD will finally get to string up someone at 339 so they'll be there waiting with the rookie cops and basically as soon as this guy steps foot on cyraxx's front yard they'll arrest him for trespassing.

The goblin should actually turn this into a win, but one guy that always takes defeat from victory is him. One problem is his standard mode is to when in person attacked weak. He should be able to not physically beat him but make him look bad.

Fine, you make a good argument. It is possible that the cops will try to make an example of the troll. Personally, I believe they cannot be bothered unless they can place charges that'll stick on the interloper.

From the bodycam clips I've watched, I wonder if the police have to inform the troll first that they have been trespassed and essentially give him the opportunity to leave voluntarily, or whether the earlier incident will give the cops a valid reason to arrest him right away?

It's not enough to be merely told to leave. Unless he was told to leave and never come back, it's unlikely he'll be arrested for trespassing. Even if he was told to leave and never come back, it's likely that the police will simply document that he has been told as much and arrest him if he comes back a third time.

They don't strictly speaking need to as far as I know, but it seems to be a very typical response. Otherwise what evidence do they actually have that someone has been told to leave?

I'm no lawfag, nor am I familiar with APD's procedures, but my money is on them arresting the guy outright, as long as an officer has seen the stream from yesterday and sees that ed told him to leave. They'll probably ask him a few questions to confirm but I really doubt he'll be given a warning.

That section of the ohio revised code I posted is the specific charge they'd get him on. All an officer would need to do is come to a reasonable conclusion LowT knows he's not supposed to be there, which I think the stream should do.

Just my opinion.

I know for everyone here it's customary to say "don't touch the cow dumbass don't get involved with their life you're not cool" but if we're being honest a good 90% of us here want something new in the Raxxverse.
