ATTENTION
Special rules for the Destiny thread.
  • Don't engage footsoldiers. Whiteknights do not need 100 responses to every bait post; exercise restraint. Do not give attention to people who join and bomb the thread with negative reactions.
  • Practice harm reduction. Read our prudent poster's guide.
  • Don't write open letters to Destiny. It is very annoying attention seeking behavior. Just write normal posts.
There hasnt been a lsf post regarding Destiny for days, so either the footsies are giving up on the brigading of the sub or there have been changes within the mod team of lsf. This is both great bc now there id less sweeping of the diddy-ggers, and as such the chance for social rehabilitation of Destiny is greatly reduced, and sad bc i cant read ppls comments calling destiny a sexpest.

I personally am not sure why this change had happened, since the footsies typically are relentless, and a change in the mod team/its policies is unlikely since they always ban commentors calling Destiny a sexpest and there would have been some news if Stale2000 was finally removed.

Either way, the fact that even small streamers, lke the asian girl diddy.ggers tried to convert into the cult, already know about his sexpest behavior is a good sign. Also she mentions that ppl are only talking badly about him behind closed doors, so thats good as well.

I might be coping, but this might be finally the nail in his careers coffin, and he alone is to blame.
LSF isn't even a place for discussion. It's systemically censored and curated, specifically FOR epstiny by Stale at the moment. If you lightly criticize destiny or call him out for real stuff he did, you will be permabanned. You shouldn't really care about the overarching opinion on LSF. It's entirely manufactured, it doesn't even represent a real group of people that like him. It's smoke and mirrors and past that there's no point in dwelling on it. Of course LSF is ultra retarded and ridiculous, it's built to be like that because that's the only way to defend the predator at this point.

You hope a child molester wasn't punished because you don't like their victim? Get a grip!
Let me put it this way, if some sexual predators are bound to fall through the cracks of proper punishment, whoever mindbroke destiny into being a sex degenerate grooming freak being one of them would be fitting. Not for any good reason, i am not a moralstanding faggot, it would just be right.

Destiny responds to a post from the anti-H3 /r/LeftoversH3 subreddit about "the extent and power of the Destiny brigade."
The post claims: "This is exactly what is ruining the internet and having a HUGE impact on political discourse. They are literally trying to rewrite history and control the entire discourse of the internet. An army of engagement that is not acting in good faith in the slightest."
https://www.reddit.com/r/LeftoversH...one_needs_to_blow_the_lid_off_the_extent_and/

This is of course true (and it "triggers the fuck out of [Destiny]," so keep it coming). Destiny knows it is true (his counter-argument: "I'll debate any of these people," lol). He would agree if the statement was generalized, but it is also very much true for his own community. We know it is true because we've seen their behavior with Destiny's sex pest shit. They make false allegations, upvote/downvote, subreddit mods suppressing, etc.

"These people engage in the most disgusting historical rewrites [...] they're obsessed with controlling the factual record" See e.g. https://kiwifarms.net/threads/steven-bonnell-ii-destiny-destiny-gg.29205/post-21314772

"These people have [...] subreddits [...] they try to get mod, try to brigade, try to get people banned, to spam report, it's insane."
A few anecdotes (from the vast universe of Destiny not practicing what he preaches):
Get mod?

I don't think there's a single example like this from "the other side," e.g. H3 snarkers, Destiny anti-fans, and Hasan fans?

And these subreddits he whines about have a miniscule amount of subs compared to LSF (4M), h3h3productions (590k), Destiny (260k). Like, H3snark (39k, inactive), DGGsnark (1.8k), LeftoversH3 (13k) are miniscule, and what other subreddits are there? Youtubedrama (209k)? But they have banned most of this drama.

Brigading?

I will say, they have for the most part become less public about their doings. He's also got his own Goebbels in Dan Saltman doing a lot of the dirty work for him. A lot of Destiny's Twitter posts/accounts are gone, and the subreddit has removed a plethora of posts about this shit - the subreddit was close to being banned for this reason:

Destiny as an example of a man that attracts women solely based on his fame and wealth
Destiny is being incredibly obtuse. Wilson isn't saying that money/fame aren't attractive, but that it's the only positive quality Destiny's got going for him.

Destiny doesn't want the anonymous declarations filed under seal.
Of course he doesn't. He knows who they are, he is literally just trying to intimidate them and prevent other people from coming forward.

Hilarious that Destiny's lawyers are including this email from Pxie's lawyer :story:

Some of them are self-aware:

One of them isn't sure about letting Lonerbox back into the orbiters club :story::

I'm surprised Pakman is working with him while this is ongoing to be honest. This comment in another thread from a footsoldier stuck out to me:

This is true, and it's why he'll be back to normal regardless of the court case. The lack of mainstream coverage is helping him right now. The only major article has been from the Daily Mail, which can be dismissed as an unreliable, shit source. Google returning headlines like "Six (including Witness A now!) Women Accuse Steven Kenneth Bonnell II of Sex Crimes" is a lot more damaging than "if you watch this 2 hour video essay reading out Kiwi Farms posts, you will learn that this Destiny guy is bad news!". I'm pretty sure Hasan has the phone numbers of like 20 journalists who would write this as a personal favor to him. I don't think any of the weird right wing MAGA sites have mentioned him at all. So yeah, even the people who apparently "hate" him are shit at it.

Erudite hopes that youtubers suing each other will make people stop calling her Ghislane Maxwell:

Destiny referenced his case a few times on stream today.

He implies the case is frivolous and that Pxie is doing it for self-serving reasons.
He says he's not sure what he's being sued for at this point.
He talks about how a dispute regarding Discord logs might be handled differently depending on whether it's a civil case or criminal case. It sounds like he's workshopping some cope in the event he loses.

"Destiny why file a frivolous case? And fraudulent getting money for a thing and not following through would be some level of fraud, no?"

I mean you can sue somebody for any—umm, you can sue somebody for any reason. Why file a frivolous case? [chuckles] Hmm, I don't know, why would you? Because it can get you attention. It can get you, umm. It can make the other person have to waste money. Umm, you could fundraise off of it. I don't know, ask—ask people who do that. It's a crazy world out there.

(...)

"In your specific case, what is the alleged lie?"

I'm not being sued for defamation. I'm being—hah, I don't even know at this point what I'm being sued for. I don't even know if they know what I'm being sued for, but we're figuring it out one new filing at a time.

(...)

Any tort, okay? Somebody accuses me civilly of something, okay? [unintelligible] Umm, and let's say that there's like a question about—well, fuck, actually we can ground this out in a super real example.

Somebody accuses you of something, and they—umm, so, tort is civil cases, right? Somebody wants to sue you for something. And then let's say somebody does that, and let's say that they, umm—let's say that they, umm—let's say that there is a contentious issue relating to, uhh, we'll say, a Discord log, okay? Some type of chat program.

Umm, maybe it's the case that, well, if it's a civil case and two people have a disagreement over whatever, umm. You know, maybe you have screenshots, maybe you don't, maybe whatever, you just don't care that much, right? And let's say you go to court and you lose your civil case, and it's like, okay, well, I lost. And then you have to pay the other party $10,000. Like, okay whatever, that sucks, okay.

If people in the future go back and they go, "Oh, weren't you convicted of a crime?" It's like, no, no, no, no, no, hold on. That was a civil case. I was not convicted of anything. And you might say, "Well, hold on. That civil case was about the thing that that guy said you were convicted of, right?" It's like, yes, but the, the, the forum that they were in there was for a civil case.

If it had been a criminal case from the start, maybe when there was some contention over, like, images on Discord. Maybe the approach would have been a lot different. It's like, hold on. Well, this is a criminal case, so now my freedom is at stake. You might send subpoenas to Discord to pull information. You might start contacting friends, family members, other people. It's like, does anybody else have a screenshot? Has anybody else seen this? You might bring on witnesses to testify to see a conversation. You might approach that way differently, umm, such that maybe you would have even won the civil case if you would have taken it more seriously.

So Mr. Brettler claims Destiny doesn't know the identities of the witnesses? Laughable.

Destiny doesn't know who this is?:
1746833051627.webp

As for Witness B, she was in the leaks, she gives other identifying info such as being invited to stay with him "on or about mid-to-late April 2023." Destiny of course knows who this is, if by no other means than process of elimination.

Witness A "was a victim of [Destiny]," and was sent the videos of Pxie and others, but I guess that's not enough to pin it down! However, the witness also gives the dates ("on or about") of several events..maybe query some of that data you "preserved"! I guess it is possible he only knows this person by an online moniker.

Uh oh, are Destiny's threats against others coming to bite him in the ass?
I suspect this might be a case of Brettler not understanding the Florida rules because he is not from Florida. Which is the point of the other Attorney. Sometimes what happens with expensive attorneys is you pay a lot and end up receiving little because they don't know that local jurisdiction very well.

He might not. He might be sending so many videos of so many women that he honestly doesn't know.
Destiny do you have the slightest idea how little that narrows it down.webp

JSTLK has provided a statement to Pxie's lawyers. They want him to sign an affidavit about the doxxing and death threats, but he's waiting until the judge makes a ruling on filing things under seal.

He touches on it one or twice later in the stream but this captures the gist of it.

edit: I missed this because of the formatting, but Pxie's lawyers have been asking about a Discord subpoena. Destiny's lawyers ignore it and only ask for the doxx of the people giving statements:
1746841758058.webp

At what point does the judge do any fucking work? It's just both sets of lawyers spazzing out at each other, fucking clock in.
