What you should actually be asking is why so many Israelis change their names to sound Heeb. Like most of their PMs, for instance. Or why even in Hollywood they often don't use their real names for some reason.

3. Even if they did, they would not have chosen greek to translate to
4. It was 72 scholars, not 100
5. It was not done at swordpoint unless you believe the talmud
6. The KJV and Douay-Rheims (assuming you're talking about English Bibles) were both translations of the Vulgate, which was not a direct translation of the LXX
7. Neither the KJV nor the Douay-Rheims were translations of German Bibles; KJV also translated from parts of the Masoretic text, which was written by rabbis, but not the ones you're thinking of

7. I know, it's just that the German -> English translations are the most egregious example of 2nd 3rd 4th 5th ...-hand translations. Spring / river / puddle / sewer.

All that aside, if it does mention red people, I would assume it would be edomites aka modern "Palestinians" and muslims

Esau is described as being "red". Whether it means skin, or hair, or something else, I don't remember.

I would go with muslims anyway. They worship satan and their "race" was established by esau, the "red" man. No other race or group really fits in with the revelation stuff, especially the way the old testament describes Islam and what we know about it today, the relationships they have in geopolitics and the 20th century, and the time proximity with the end of days

Who says they're not a nation? They have a shared ethnogenesis (babel), a common goal, a common religion, a shared identity, and at one point they even had a shared language via Manichaeism. Just as God took the righteous from the many nations of the world and created the Church, satan did the same and created the so-called "knowledge-seekers"

Right but this topic, about ashkenazis, IS about a specific nation and ethnicity

Gnostic is just a catch-all term for a belief system, the ashkenazi is a specific bloodline of people
