One of the big concerns with Nuclear Weapons isn't just dropping them on the enemy they've targeted, but its someone deciding that this is their death knell and firing a few off at anyone else they have a grudge against. India and Pakistan hate each other so much that I'm fairly confident they would dump their entire arsenals into each other without bothering to toss one over at China/Japan/Australia/SEA, etc.

I suppose there's nothing wildly unexpected about that strike. The pajeets are likely seething over the lose of aircraft which they still deny. Perhaps the Pak Airforce bombed them with deodorant per the memes, diminishing the sacred poo smell all pajeets love.
