Not sure about there, but in Floriduh we have scholarships that allow parents to homeschool their kids, get therapies, etc., if you have a special needs child. Catch with those is that the school district cannot report the child for funding so their IEP cannot be used, unless there is a private school willing to try to accommodate it, but no district personnel can see the child for services (speech, OT, etc). So it's a document with a lotta words but most likely not being used. Parent still gets the money though. I am assuming the parent has to document how the money is being used but I see a lot of fraud potential there.
(Source: I learned about this the hard way, trying to get a kid to the district for their services, only to find out their IEP is basically void because of the scholarship.)

From what I can see of that paperwork, it doesn't look like school district documents. Looks to me like they found someone willing to take the state's money to do nothing and sign off on "therapy".

Nevada had a grant program for this that got shut down due to misuse. Or when I tried to look into it when Robyn brought this up before it seemed to be the case.

Trying to read through the pink cover, is is a letter about Luna? I can only make our a few words at the end like "She isn't"
Yeah it was hard to see but it didn't look like IEP paperwork. But I acknowledge that I've only seen them here and do not know if the template is the same in other states. It looked like more of a letter, but unless they say what it is, we're just speculating.

This son of a bitch has the balls to complain about the paperwork caused by his (and Robyn’s) fucking stupidity. If you hadn’t talked Robyn out of going to the hospital, this wouldn’t be happening. This is the find out after the fuck around. I don’t think I’ve ever been as MATI.🎩🎩

I see also above 'she isn't' the words 'sensory processing;' And before 'she isn't,' I see a short word like 'way' maybe followed by an exclamation point, I think. Based on the exclamation point, seems it's a more flowery letter of some kind about Luna and how she senses things, maybe saying something about her doing it 'in her own way.'

And as far as the paperwork potentially being for Atlas, since it's using the pronoun 'she,' I highly doubt that.

Oh, shit, she really is going to homeschool Atlas and Oaken, isn't she?
She strikes me as an Unschooler. Her intuition will tell her what she thinks the boys need to learn, and it won’t be basic math. Poor Atlas may still be in diapers and completely unintelligible at 16. Nevada has some paperwork requirements (like submitting a curriculum), but they don’t mandate testing or have graduation requirements for homeschoolers.

She has reposted in the past info about unschooling.
