You know, the most poignant life lesson that you learn as you grow up and mature is realizing that you simply don't have the talent for certain things and no amount of training will ever change that or make you competitive in that field. The harsh reality is that the vast majority of people do not have the ability to use their mind to support themselves; they'll have to use their hands (i.e. learn a trade). Jazz, and more importantly Sander, never learned this life lesson because no one has ever been honest with them. Doing so would be immediately construed as "hate". It's really sad.

Either it was something they felt or they were forced by the network, they did it anyway and publicly. We all saw them mock and humiliate Jazz for being obese and lazy. It was never about his health, it was because he was shaming them too.

So, cut the crap, SANDER. You can say that because your body is still in an acceptable normal shape, but we all know you all were ashamed of Jazz when he was super fat because he didn't fit the standards of your superficial family, specially your mother.

I think Jaron's art was actually more mature than when he got fully trooned out. IIRC he made very detailed, wearable mermaid tails. So not only did he show more talent, he actually worked with his hands. He knew where that talent should go. He had more self-awareness and ability at 12 than he does at 24.

Technically at 11 (that's when he was put on puberty blockers) and the following year he manifested clinically significant levels of depression and anxiety. His family life was always fucked up, but he was a healthy physically active kid with actual friends and interest beyond trans crap until then.

Agreed that he looks/sounds genuinely angry which is very off-brand for his faux positivity shtick. I mean that guy is a roided out retard who is likely much less healthy than Shandy in the long term, but referring to playing tennis as “working out” is such cope.

And since watching this video, Shasta’s account keeps popping up on my social media feeds. I notice his profile picture must date from several years back because his chest and stomach certainly don’t look the same so it obviously really bothers him lol.

I have no doubt there were "suggestions" that they really ham it up, but to be fair, some of what he was eating was way outside the norm. Describing his "typical" morning breakfast as "a donut or two, then maybe two bagels".

And I seem to remember a dessert scene of similar 3-4x overkill. Forget starving himself, cutting back to a single delicious donut would remove a ton of unnecessary calories & sugar.

What's more of a mystery to me is why the ((producers)) would want to highlight this (his physical state reflecting his unhealthy mental state following his "essential care", and his "supportive, affirming" family mocking him).
