Maybe they granted that then refused any subsequent extension? If so, I bet he's fuming that he had to come back home and be stuck with his boring family when he wants to be in Vegas talking about jizz. He'll play it up like he came home because he's such a family man, rather than the fact law enforcement are breathing down his neck.

He said previously he wanted to do the full weekend, but he had to ask his wife and the court for permission. One or both likely said no.

That is standard at most banks for fees for one or more overdrafts. It doesn't even require a supervisor OK. And tbh most banks will do x refunds of overdraft fees per x months for no reason. So if he implied he "did something" by doing that, he's taking credit for basic policy/ SOP.
