Well shit, looks like they're not going to miss this time, but the real question now is will the "palestine trans rights" crowd now be anti-palestinian because orange man?
This was kind of my thought too. I'm going to make a note (mostly for myself) to keep track of their tune regarding Israel if El Naranja's POSSIBLE distrust and actions against them causes a contrarian shift. It's a fascinating behavior to keep tabs on.

Johnny is about to get in it again, I'll be keeping my head down and enjoying the Thunderdoming while it happens. I do love a good weekend Thunderdome.

omg fatpacks hiiiii

Yes it is. See Miller v. California (1973). They've been shifty and vague about how they define "obscenity" in the intervening half-century (to the annoyance of many), but generally speaking they've held that pornography is in fact protected speech.
it isn't vague if you actually apply the standard. the only thing keeping porn sites open is lack of political will to enforce said standard.

nigga the us army literally sent armies to prosecute the mormon religion, put german and japanese americans in concentration camps during war, and passed the patriot act
I actually think the mormons and japs were completely justified. Krauts have more established historical American roots pre-dating the conflict so its gets stickier. Patriot act is a whole 'nother can of worms.

The basic guidelines for the trier of fact must be: (a) whether "the average person, applying contemporary community standards"
Wow. Totally not easily manipulated.

It's so cute how you're such a simpleton that you blindly believe whatever Kiwi Farms gooners tell you.

That's why you keep getting grifted, little guy. Now go turn on Nick Fuentes and listen to him tell you how catboys are the perfect human specimen, Kanye West is the smartest person in the world and is doing such a good job and that you should feel honored to have your taxes raised so that Arabs can pay less. Maybe your sped ass will calm down a bit.
This is a HHH post that I modified as a joke.

I might be a little optimistic about the future I'll agree, I do understand some of the concerns about requiring an ID for anything, this is America afterall. But I don't think allowing children to have unlimited access to porn is the hill to die on. Our society is sick and having too much access to porn (not even normal porn, but really fucked up shit and lots of it) is one of the major problems our society has and it's an issue that needs to be tackled.

I'm not fully convinced that requiring an ID will fix that problem but I'm not convinced it will lead to ultimate doom either. We just need to outlaw people making money from making porn as priority 1

Are you akshually implying that a heckin valid onlyfans whore's sexworker's taxmoney and vote is less heckin valid than anyone elses?

Wow, get a load of ole Adolf over here folx! Lets get him fired and debanked! And maybe even lynched! To protect Democracy!

this essentially doesnt exist lol
The Mormons started it. Fuck off. They were allowed to practice their religion, but instead they decided to attack settler convoys.

You have no idea what you are talking about. The Mormons massacred an entire settler convoy at Mountain Meadows.

The US Army wasn't sent in over religious differences. It was sent in because the retards in Salt Lake city decided they had the authority to kill American citizens. The US Army "deterred" the Mormon church of this notion. By force and extreme violence. And under the guns of the US Army, the Mormons became very accommodating. They didn't just stop attacking wagon trains they started to profess how patriotic they were. Amazing what swift and certain implementation of lethal force can accomplish. Even against religious cultists.

But I don't think allowing children to have unlimited access to porn is the hill to die on.
The hill isn't for porn access, it's for ID requirements to access websites. I think pretty much everyone in this thread agrees that something should be done about children accessing porn and there are disagreements over the right way to do that. One thing is clear, porn sites are abusing the inherent trust the internet was built on to prey on kids.

ok how would you stop kids accessing porn without their parents watching their literal every move 24/7
I don't know. But one thing it shouldnt involve is creating the framework for the flagship program to tie Americans personal identity to internet traffic even more effectively.

Children aren't born with a smartphone or tablet in their hands, my dude.
"But what if they have a friend who-"
Than you tell them they aren't allowed to hang out with that friend.

It's called raising a child. At some point, that child is going to become an adult and a lot of parents seem to forget this fact when talking about parenting.

Their margins tend to be pretty thin so you need a lot of users. He could probably at least break even and he could make it so it sidesteps tor requirements if there are DNS issues in the future. I know a lot of people hate using the Tor browser.
TOR has gotten a lot better since I first started using it like a decade ago. I feel like TOR speeds were super slow a decade ago. Mind you, I didn't start using it regularly until that hack on the forums happened.

The TOR team is also working on updating the code base by re-writing it in rust. I have a ton of connection issues with that. But hopefully in the future, TOR is faster and more secure. Well, more secure than it is already.

ok dude because you are definitely in control of what they do at school where they disappear for like 8 hours a day
