I'm not sure why these people are going around saying "it's larping, it has ceased to exist!" when everyone knows it is less of a group (even so it is decentralized) and more of a label at this point. As long as there are people performing sextortion online there will probably always be people saying they are a part of 764.

I somewhat agree, in terms of certain victim demographics, but your theory is only true for victims who have relationships with other people or groups of people who will notice the victim is missing and cares enough to report it.

Added bonus for the killer if, in addition to murdering nobodies, they manage to conceal/destroy the bodies well enough such that body is never found or able to be identified.

It evolved into Wang Dong News Network which had ties with the Foodists, particularly during the 'TECHNOBLADE DESERVED TO DIE' era. Notably, raidz/identity of SkibidiFarms was a member and was friends with Wang Dong himself (the owner of the server).

However I'm not sure how they're relevant to 764. Some YouTuber mentioned earlier mistakenly claimed that this group was the same as Sew3r (Rabid's CP server) but they weren't related at all and existed in entirely different spheres.

According to the old investigation txt file, he's suspected to be the owner of this domain and hosted the site. I do personally suspect he's responsible for writing it, but I do not have any proof, just a suspicion

I've been going line by line over the past 9 months or so looking for information and have marked up the document. There's mention of the author being an English major but I do not know if that is a de-trace.
