Literally the optimal outcome as far as I am concerned, Karl would've done much worse had he won.

Billy being aware of the farms adds to the quality of his shitposting, but I'm curious if Karl has made any acknowledgement of the farms outside of when he got pissy at Null for making fun of when he was bawling and getting headpats from his wife for his GoldenEye record. I have to imagine Karl has popped into this thread at least once or twice or is at least getting fed screenshots from people on his discord/dms. Do you think that's why he's retain some silence rather than making more of an ass of himself like most other lolcows?

It would be smart of Karl to be silent about the thread if he can help himself, as he really doesn't want his dweebs to come here and read up on his past, along with anything else Karl is not willing to provide them directly.

He would have to be so stupid to try this, so that of course means there's a decent chance.

Lets say he does try and file bankruptcy - the person trying to transfer and/or move assets around to protect them is such an old trick that these trustees look for, even if it was done before all this happened.

If Karl truly tries transferring assets to his wife's name to keep them safe from a judgement and/or bankruptcy, that would only make this even better.

Even if his gloat posts are starting to get stale, he's scaled up to limited edition hot sauces.

Plus it's so amusing that Billy is gloating this much, and selling merchandise making fun of Karl, and all Karl can do is fucking nothing. After YEARS of saying the most vile things about Billy and his family, now he can't say anything... except to tell people to stop showing him those messages.

I think Billy is overplaying his hand a bit. A little less gloating and an offer to Karl to pay off his debt over the next 10 years would likely win him a lot of goodwill.
Then again, Karl said some really vile things about what he would do if he won, so turnaround is fair play.

I just think Billy has to stop eventually to not harm his just restored reputation with the behavior.

Oh yeah eventually he'll have to stop. I imagine he will slow the posts down once he stops getting positive engagement on them. I hope he doesn't overdo it past that, because this Billy "redemption" arc is fantastic to watch.

Regarding winning goodwill by offering a 10 year plan, I'm not so sure on that - if you're a Karl Jobt fan, who is still adamant that he did nothing wrong and everything he said about Billy and his family are true, he "murdered" Apollo, etc, then Billy going easy on Karl with the judgement isn't going to win them over, because their bias is built-in, and they're not going to give Billy a fair shake because he allegedly cheated and Apollo was supposedly his fault, so therefore he's just bad and never deserves a chance. All Billy would be doing by going easy on Karl is leaving a ton of money on the table. I think Billy Mitchell is one of those people where if you know his story, know all the things people say about him, then your mind is made up on him after this suit - it's either "he's not so bad after all", or "well he's a cheater so fuck him."

Now where I would draw the line is do everything he can to get all his money from Karl as fast as possible, while at the very least trying to not make the wife and kid collateral damage, because those two truly did nothing wrong - look at her, then him, I guarantee you she has zero say in her life with him, and she just has to go along with whatever he comes up with that day. If it comes down to forcing them to sell the house because he's not able to get the money from Karl otherwise, I think a good gesture would be to offer some form of support for the wife and child only. I don't know how he would do this, but the idea being punish Karl, not the others there.

It's easy: either Karl pays the debt in full or he propose Billy a sort of payment plan.

I don't think Karl has the 800k to pay Billy, and Billy sent and enforcement collection notice.

Karl options are: first pay the debt in full (I don't think he can) which means selling everything (house, card, collectibles, use savings etc.) and even then I don't believe if he gets all the money.

Second: Payment Plan. Like 100k every month for a year or something like that. Obviously Billy would have to be ok with that, but I doubt it.

Third: Bankruptcy. That will give him some time, but it lets Billy enforce an investigation on his accounts and assets, frozen them, and embargo/seize whatever he wants just to cover the debt the court ruled out.

Plus, if he goes bankruptcy, Billy can enforce punitive charges (interest) and get even more money from the settlement by time spent on this. At this moment I think Karl knows his only recourse (If notch doesn't come and save his pasty albino nigger ass) is bankruptcy...

If he were smart and cared for his family, he would have put everything he owns in his wife and kids name, then neck himself. That way Billy wouldn't be able to collect the money and his assets will be protected. ... I don't think Karl is that guy, I believe he is a self centered asshole and he will not kill himself now (my prediction is homelessness arc, divorce arc, then troon arc and finally suicide arc).

The funny thing is, Billy does not have to accept a payment plan.
If karl possesses assets that can be liquidated to cover the debt, they will be liquidated if Karl does not do it himself.

That is the entire point of the enforcement warrant.
I bet you Karl went to BIlly and said "please me merciful master Kong, I have a son and an asian maid who rely on me".
And Billy said: "Get fucked albino mongoloid, I am 700k+$AUS out of pocket for my lawyers. Pay up!"
