The Hardship has earned his nickname well, and absolutely lives up to it with that full gloves off slap to the gimpy face he delivered tonight.

He's tired of being professional in the face of Russtard 's bluster and is just fully slagging him off now, and I am HERE for it! :story:
A day will come when Hardin gets to teach a class at a law school on vexatious litigation. Him having Null as a client probably makes him the most experienced attorney in the country on this subject.

No.

Am I reading this right? Greer had previously reported Mr. Hardin to the Nevada state bar?
I think the Nevada thing is about another lawyer that was defending someone else and that Greer wanted to disbar because he was totally being unethical by defending someone who is standing in his way to totally build an awesome brothel. Or something.

Oh, yeah, that makes sense. Kinda a weird wording though.

Russ has also filed reports against lawyer/pastor Jason Guinasso, trying to get him disbarred for being anti-brothel and against sex trafficking.

At least he says he has filed them.

It’s too bad that when the great works of history were conceived - think Common Sense - that no one thought about adding an addendum discussing retards and their “rights”.

"Gilman is not playing fairly!" He's under no obligation, legal or otherwise, to "play fairly" with property that he owns. The same goes with anyone else who owns property that Shit-Lips is interested in. They can let the property sit there and rot if they want. They paid for it. It's their's. That's like saying "I want to buy that house, but there is already a family of six living there and they won't sell it to me. They said they're not interested in moving. That's not fair! Don't they know that I have a disability?!" Russhole really doesn't seem to understand this whole private property thing, does he?

His mindset reminds me of shoplifters I've had to deal with. Their mindset isn't so much "I'm going to take this to save money" but instead "This is mine now. I deserve it" There's nothing else going on up there. Monkey see, monkey take, monkey own. If Russ ever would buy a house or property I wonder how he'd react to all the automated scam mail everyone gets and letters offering to buy the property from firms.

I am glad Hardin is finally just telling Greer to put up or shut the fuck up with the constant threats to sanction or disbar him. It's like Greer forgets that Hardin is actually a lawyer and threats of legal action don't work on them.

I was in the Zoom call and Hardin was 100% a passionate advocate for his client.
He was as pissed off as you can get away with in the presence of a judge. Sincere frustration and confusion and focused anger towards Greer for fucking around with dear feeder Jewsh.

It's selfish narcissism at It's ugliest. "I deserve to take this because I'm poor and black, and the system is raycis, and I don't want to have to work to earn the money to buy it!" is the same as "I should be able to take this guy's building to build a brothel because my face is saggy, women won't suck me my penis without me paying for it, and the system is bias and discriminates the disabled!" It's all so tiresome.

I think he does. I think he just thinks your rights end where his desire to get him his penis sucked begins.

I'm so excited for Greer's take on how he didn't fraudulently submit IPF to the court. Genuinely toe-tappingly excited.
Personally I'm more interested in his explanation for how going to a regularly scheduled town meeting to campaign for a zoning change to a property he doesn't own, is in fact an emergency business meeting that necessitates continuing an important court hearing that had been on the books for a while at that point.

Cracked a big dumb smile at that last sentence. Hardin was entirely professional in his replies, still is, but I haven't seen this snark in an email since I believe he said he "[doesn't] get you, Mr. Greer."
